To support the development of Credit Unions in Somerset,Devon& Cornwall including the training and support of their volunteers and the provision of small grants to Credit Union applicants to help them recover to a financially sustainable position.

The Trust is administered by Monkleigh Parochial Church Council and exists to provide grants to elderly widows resident in the Monkleigh area.

AS OUTLINED IN THE CHARITY COMMISSION SCHEME WHEN THE CHARITY WAS DRAWN UP IN 1985. ALSO INCLUDED IN THE CHARITY IS THE PETER FLETCHER PRIZE FOUNDATION. The charitable company's objects and principal activities are to advance for the public benefit education in the Diocese of Truro or elsewhere, in particular but not exclusively.

Raising funds in order to stage a day-long event culminating in a Carnival Parade and fireworks display which offers local charities the opportunity to collect money for their respective charities.As of the 2025 AGM, following 2 years inactivity, this organisation has been closed down. The money held was allocated to another community based charity and the bank account has been closed.

Makes grants for the relief of poverty for elderly and infirmed people in Totnes

South West School of Worship resources, trains and equips local churches and their worship teams. We provide in person teaching and training, webinar training and we resource worship gatherings to build, inspire and encourage other members of the church body.

Assistance to the poor and needy in the Plympton and Sparkwell areas of Plymouth, Devon

The Charity organises various fundraising activities, the main one being the South West Coastal Path Walk 2006 and 2008, River Boat Trip and we also receive kind donations. This enables us to achieve our Charity's aim and provide local CF people with medical, physiotherapy equipment and resources thus improving their quality of life and also helping the CF Trust into finding a cure for CF.

The relief of sickness and the preservation of good health by the provision of equipment and training to support the charitable work of first responder schemes in the parish of chulmleigh and neighbouring parishes or of the immediate neighbourhood or any part of the county of Devon as the trustees shall from time to time in their discretion decide

The charity offers assistance with the purchase of books at local primary schools

1. Benevolence support and donations to compliant brothers of the order (RAOB) and their widows/partners/orphans or other dependants whose partners belong to the minor lodges of the RAOB within the Exeter Province.2. Charitable monetary support to worthy causes in the Exeter Provincial areas as agreed by the trustees and financial officers of the Provincial Grand Lodge (Exeter).
