Our team of archivists respond to enquiries and produce new temporary exhibitions.

Dart Sailability exists to encourage anyone with a disability to take part and enjoy waterborne activities on The River Dart in Dartmouth, Devon and is run entirely by volunteers. Purpose built boats, which can be adapted to meet the needs of individual sailors are available to enable disabled people to get afloat. A hoist is available to safely lift wheelchair users into the boats.

The grants made by the Trustee are principally focussed on helping families of profoundly ill children, where these families experience financial hardship in meeting the cost of travel to and from the hospitals where the children are receiving treatment.

Buckfastleigh Town Hall Trust provides a large community building which is used by a wide variety of local groups and organisations to hold events and activities on a daily basis. The Town Hall Trust operates for the benefit of the local community.

To promote and encourage for the benefit of the public the improvement and protection of the English countryside and in particular that of Devon and its towns and villages and the better development of the rural environment.

To educate the public by its promotion, support, assistance, and improvements of the Burton Art Gallery and Museum, Bideford, Devon, through the activity of a group of Friends. The Friends activity includes short term exhibitions, lectures on artistic subjects, schools' education and assisting with purchases for the permanent exhibition.
