The Scout movement provides training in life skills and outdoor activities for children and young people aged 6 to 21 years.

Grace Church Doncaster is a church serving it's members and the local community. We do this by holding a Sunday Morning service at 10.45am at Hayfield Lane Primary School. We also hold a weekly Bible study and run various outreach and community activities including a Parent and Toddlers on a Monday morning from 9.30am and a cafe serving refreshments and cake on a Friday afternoon from 2.30pm.

The advancement of the Christian faith according to the bible as contained in the confession of faith.To alleviate suffering in the community we operate by providing counselling, moral support and financial donations. We have a donations policy which does not discriminate members of the public and we reach out to all those who welcome us.

The objects of Sheffield Philharmonic Chorus are to advance the education of the general public in choral music by the regular performance of such music from the widest possible repertoire and such means as the Committee see fit. SPC is based in Sheffield, draws it membership from a wide area and regularly performs at Sheffield City Hall as well as other national and international venues.

To advance the physical education and development of young people by the organisation, provision or assistance of facilities which will enable young people at clubs and associations, or at schools, universities and other educational establishments in Yorkshire to play cricket or other games or sports.

THE PROMOTION AND PROVISION OF MEDIATION & CONCILIATION BETWEEN PERSONS, ORGANISATIONS & GROUPS WHO ARE INVOLVED IN DISPUTES OR INTERPERSONAL CONFLICTS. ALSO THE TRAINING & EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN METHODS OF SUCH MEDIATION & CONCILIATION, IN PARTICULAR THE NATURE AND CAUSES OF SUCH DISPUTE AND THE MEANS OF MANAGING IT.

The Trustees apply the income of the charity to organisations involved with persons who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm. This is achieved by providing grants to purchase items, services or facilities calculated to alleviate the suffering or assist in the recovery of such persons.Preference is given to applications for persons in need of convalescence.

To bring relief to people in need in the area of the Sheffield and South Yorkshire.

Objectives and ActivitiesThis remains the same. To provide low cost quality housing for the poor, infirm or aged persons of thecommunity of Doncaster with the intention of providing social well being.

Group Events: St Georges Day Parade, Family Camp, Carol Singing and Bag PackingBeavers: Challenge badges and visits in local areaCubs: several camps: Durham, Fanwood and Squirrel wood, lots of badge workScouts: Summer camp at Scarborough, lots of other camps and a youth hostel trip. Plus canoeing, hiking and games.

Support for other Charity and Community beneficial activities in the area.

OUR AIM IS TO FURTHER THE CHRISTIAN FAITH AT HOME AND ABROAD. WE HOLD WEEKLY FAMILY, GOSPEL, AND PRAYER MEETINGS TO THIS END. MEETINGS WERE ALSO HELD WEEKLY FOR THE SENIOR MEMBERS FOLLOWING A LIGHT MEAL.

Working with families and young people.Fundraising for National and Worldwide Mothers' Union projects for literacy; Domestic abuse; Social deprivation; Respite holidays.Training in Public Speaking;Spiritual direction and public services of worship.

We aim to empower male & female survivors aged 18 & older who have experienced childhood sexual/incest/emotional/ physical/neglect abuse, rape & trafficking, to reach their full potential through personal development recovery, training, education, & employment. Additionally, we strive to raise awareness, enhance understanding among professionals & decision-makers of the trauma, impact & prevalence

Provides and manages community centre for utilisation by local groups & individuals.

To raise funds from functions and religious activities to promote and advance Hindu arts and culture through educational classes.

Our Vision: Exalt God, Equip People and Excel Life, To provide for a group of Christians who worship in Havercroft, in West Yorkshire promoting the gospel of God concerning His Son Jesus Christ the Lord. Church meetings are held every Sunday . with Sunday school for children. We aim to serve the community with our projects Mondays to Thursdays, also the Lunch In Club for over 50s once per month,

Provides information and support for people diagnosed with Osteoporosis. The charity also works to increase awareness and understanding about Osteoporosis in the community.

Health and fitness activities for the over fifties in the Sheffield/South Yorkshire area

Mindful Movers are a peer led group, supporting with mental health and wellbeing. We have a Basecamp with Thornes Park nursery, Thornes Park, Wakefield. We offer a range of activities including walk & talk sessions, open volunteering days, creative health sessions, TRIBE personal development programmes and accredited qualification courses.
