For the benefit of the public there will be worship services, teaching sessions for all, children and seniors' work, public celebration of Christian festivals, prayer, and outreach by distributing literature on the Christian faith. To assist this working through our drop-in centre at the Church site, but known as "The Junction" we seek to help in the relief of needy persons.

SPORT AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

The organisation has numerous activities for youth from 6 years of age to 18 years. These include outdoor games and skills, like camping/cooking/nature/responsibility/ plus many indoor crafts and skills,

To promote community participation in Adwick-Le-Street and the surrounding area by providing sports facilties.

Religious activities - Sunday services, prayer and smaller group meetings, various outreach events.Weekly Foodbank - Providing food to those in the local community in need.Renew Centre - A place where people in the community can meet.Open the Book - Outreach into schools.

The Charity exists to help students at state comprehensives in northern England access leading universities, where they are currently very under-represented.

Rescues and rehomes unwanted and neglected animals in and around the Barnsley area.

We provide an education for children aged 2 years to 4 years 11 months.

The Tassibee Project aims to increase the capacity of, and opportunities for, isolated and socially excluded Mirpuri and Punjabi Asian women in Rotherham. Participate in outreach and capacity building initiatives that are targeted to meet the needs of isolated, non-literate, non-English speaking women who do not access existing services.

HELP AND ASSISTANCE FOR PARENTS AND FAMILIES OF SICK CHILDREN IN HOSPITAL OR WHO HAVE SADLY BEEN BEREAVED

Rescuing and rehoming stray and abandoned dogs in Yorkshire from local stray kennels. We provide kennelling and immediate veterinary care, including vaccines and surgery if needed. Via social media and websites all dogs after assessments are advertised for rehoming. All potential adopters are home checked and matched with individual dogs needs, The charity exists with volunteers and donations.

RAP ensures adults and children over 18 years with learning Disabilities, Mental Health and are vulnerable understand their choices and rights and have a voice about their lives. An independent organisation committed to the high standards of advocacy service on behalf of people with a learning disability or difficulty.We advocate to represent the interests of the service user at all times.

The charity provides alternative educational services to underprivileged young people and those disengaged with main stream schooling in the South Yorkshire area with an emphasis on physical activities that will help to deal with anger, aggression, health, team building, cooperation, development of social skills, and a respect for others.

Woodlands Speaks has been established to deliver initiatives to improve the well being of the residents of Woodlands village near Doncaster. This includes delivering the Big Local Programme aimed at improving the environment, making it safer, providing facilities and support to young people and helping people into employment and training.

Provision of housing to elderly ladies. formerly resident in Doncaster

We are a community barge service providing educational, therapeutic and leisure outings on our purpose built barge for the most marginalised communities throughout South Yorkshire. We also offer skills based training courses in boat-handling and skippering.

We provide advocacy, advice, information, emotional/practical support,social activities and training to all unpaid carers and their families in Doncaster and volunteering opportunities.

To further the religious, cultural, educational, and social work of Sikhism through community meetings, fesitivals, activities & events. Provide suitable accomodation & environment in which to encourage the study of Sikhism and to promote public interest / recognistion of such religion / culture in the local area.Hold land / buildings upon trust, permit them for use for worship / meetings

The mission statement of St Mary's Church states that our purpose is to worship and serve the Lord. The PCC has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbent in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical.

We are an umbrella youth organisation that provides activities and sevices to affiliated clubs as well as provisding alternative educational training to the most venerable young people in society.

To develop the capacity and skills of the residents of the socially and economically disadvantaged community of Edlington and its environs in such a way that they are better able to identify, and help meet, their needs and to participate more fully.

THE CHARITY PROVIDES SPORT AND RECREATION FACILITIES INCLUDING BUILDINGS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
