To promote understanding of all aspects of acquired brain injury and provide information, support and rehabilitation services for people with acquired brain injuries, their families and carers who live in the Black Country (the Metropolitan Boroughs of Walsall, Sandwell and Dudley and the City of Wolverhampton).

Founded in 1947, the charity is run for, with and by people with Cerebral Palsy and/or speech and language difficulties. Through its person centred projects,URconnectABLE (you are connectable) and LIFEskills (-Learning independence for everyone), Cerebral Palsy provides support to people in our community of interest to enable them to fulfil their role as citizens.

The Charity was established to advance the education of the public by promoting and developing the artistic taste, knowledge, understanding and appreciation of contemporary music.

TO ENHANCE AND FURTHER IMPROVE THE HIGH QUALITY SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE DUDLEY GROUP NHS FOUNDATION TRUST, PROVIDING ADDITIONAL COMFORT AND BENEFITS TO ITS PATIENTS AND STAFF, BY FOCUSING FUND EXPENDITURE ON AREAS NOT COVERED OR FULLY SUPPORTED BY NHS FUNDS.

Legacy WM was established in 2010 as charity with a focus on post war heritage. We have now broadened our aims to include; wellbeing, arts and community cohesion. We are based at Soho House and we work with local organisations to deliver our aims.

We support the Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital in Ethiopia, together with its outreach centres and the Hamlin Midwifery College.In particular we fund the running costs of the Yirgalem outreach centre. We contribute to the cost of medical and other requirements ordered directly by the hospital staff.

Black Country Touring works in partnership with Young Promoters and Community Promoters, supporting local communities to bring professional regional, national and international high quality theatre, dance and film into the Black Country. We also create new work born out of contemporary Black Country stories for both local and national audiences.

Gazebo promotes the social, educational and artisitc development of individuals through the creative arts, both locally and regionally. Gazebo aims to provide a comprehensive range of programmes designed to respond to the needs and aspirations of children and young people, communitites and organisations, including schools.

To benefit the community and in particular the members of the Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat of Birmingham for the preaching and practising of the Islamic religion, culture and traditions, as interpreted by Al-Dai Al-Mutlaq, for the advancement of education, the relief of need, recreation, hardship and distress in the interests of social welfare so that their conditions of life may be improved.

Environment/Conservation/Heritage

Personal development and life skills programmes to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of beneficiaries. Universal and targeted interventions to benefit all children and young people to raise their self-esteem, tackle barriers, and engage them positively in local communities. Open access youth work and training of youth workers, alongside giving volunteering opportunities.

Avoncroft is a museum of historic buildings rescued from imminent destruction and carefully rebuilt on an open-air site near Bromsgrove in the north of Worcestershire. Our principal aim isTo inspire enthusiasm for and understanding of the history of building as illustrated at Avoncroft, and the relationship of people with the buildings they constructed and in which they lived and worked.

Multistory commissions acclaimed photographers, film-makers and writers to work with local people to tell their stories of everyday life to create art that people want to be part of, see and talk about. We produce photographic work, films, exhibitions, publications, digital stories and archives that speak to Sandwell and to the whole country and beyond.

To provide for the people of Tipton and surrounding area ,services to individuals who are disadvantaged by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large in the interests of social welfare and equality, to improve educational and employment opportunities, racial harmony and relief of financial hardship.

The relief of those in need and the provision of shelter and accommodation, by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.To introduce ex-offenders and drug addicts back into society and assist their rehabilitation by providing care support and supervision.
