Our charity is for the advancement of the Christian Religion for the public benefit including by the carrying on of the service of God in accordance with the Old and New Testaments of the Holy Bible as followed by those Christians forming part of the world-wide fellowship known as the "Plymouth Brethren Christian Church. The trust provides gospel halls for the religious activities of Christians.

OPERATION OF NEWBURN LEISURE CENTRE

Providing activities for Children, Young People and Families. Including Junior, Inters and Duke of Edinburgh Award. Inter Generational Work, Health & Well Being Services, ICT Access and Support. Room Hire for Community Groups and Private Hire for Events. Room Hire for Education Purposes. Community Allotment. Support including, Food Parcel, and Community Cafe and Volunteer Support.

Provides help, support and advice to the families and frieds of substace misusers and gives supplementary help to substance misusers.Advances education in all aspects of drug abuse and addictive behaviours, its causes, remedy, prevention and the caring associated with substance misuse.

To establish or secure the establishment of a community centre and to maintain or manage or co-operate with any statutory authority in the maintenance and management of such a centre for activities promoted by the charity in the furtherance of the above objects.

Those of a C of E PCC: providing and maintaining a place of Christian worship; conducting religious services: weddings/funerals/baptisms; providing pastoral care/mission/outreach; advancing and educating people about Christianity; maintaining public churchyards and burial places; inter-faith activities; charitable outreach; working for the cohesion and morale of the local community generally.

The object is to advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public in accordance with the doctrines of the Romanian Orthodox Church.

The Registered Charity is a Methodist Church and undertakes a number of Community based projects, serving the needs of local people. This includes a specific project entitled "Our Confident Community" and this provides outreach work to assist people of all ages, both on the premises and in the locality.

Foundation Futures CIO is a specialist teaching and youth service operating in the NE of England. We support young people to find out what they can do instead of what they can't. We support their families and the wider community to improve the lives of young people.

The project aims to provide experiences and opportunities both social and educational to young people who are deemed to be disadvantaged and prone to "at risk" behaviour. DCYP supports young people from all areas of County Durham and helps to develop their social and emotional capabilities.

We gather and represent opinion of those studying at Josephine Butler College at Durham University, working with local partners to effect beneficial change. We organise and deliver cultural, sporting, welfare, social and other forms of enrichment activity for students. We also provide leadership opportunities for students to engage in the delivery of our activity, developing personal capability.

Prudhoe Community Partnership is a development trust representing education, churches, local authorities, voluntary groups, local businesses and members of the public. The Partnership manages The Spetchells Centre, a purpose built community hub in Prudhoe and takes charitable initiatives for the good of the town.

To promote equality and diversity for the public benefit and in particular the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity of those living in the North East of England.

To promote and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of charitable Village Halls and Community Associations within the local area of South West Durham and the surrounding area (the ?area of benefit?) in direct pursuit of their objects by the providing of advice, information, training and support, with a view to improving the efficiency and management of their resources.

GNE supports children ,young people, families and carers affected by disability or a barrier to learning by providing leisure activities, holiday schemes, training and work experience. We provide emotional, physical, practical and spiritual support we work towards educating society about the needs and positive attributes of young people with a disability or barrier to learning and their families

The objects are to establish and run Community Buildings and outdoor facilities for the benefit of the inhabitants of Belmont, Carrville, Gilesgate and the surrounding area.

Youth Provision - Junior and Senior sessions. Football, Cricket, Short Tennis, Basketball, Badminton, Table tennis and multi sports available in the Sports Hall. Rooms available for education, training and meetings. Toddler, Youth and Drama groups. Various competitions (Dance, Leek, Wrestling etc). Celebration events.

Bishop Auckland & Shildon Circuit is a diverse network embracing 10 churches, representing both urban and rural areas. It seeks to consolidate and develop the work of the churches, encouraging partnership among and between them. It exists to make the love of God known and share the Good News of the Gospel through worship and activities of the individual churches, holding those churches in unity.

SYP is a resource for children and young people up to the age of 19 living in Sacriston and the surrounding areas by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities.

The Charity is now in possession of the new Burnhope community centre for the parish of Burnhope. The charity was set up to provide recreational and social activity for the wellbeing of the residents of Burhope Parish, which we now are able to do.

Based in North East offering support groups, holiday play groups, events. Giving families a safe place to meet and enable families living outside the local area an opportunity to connect with others in similar situations. Creating a safe and accessible place to explore and enable some form of socialisation with other families in the same situation and allow siblings to interact with other siblings
