WE BELONG TO THE NATIONAL WOMENS CLUB . THE CLUB IS FOR THE EDUCATION AND RECREATION OF LADIES OF ALL AGES. ALL OUR CLUBS ARE SELF GOVERNING CHOOSING ITS OWN ACTIVITES FOR THE NEEDS OF THE MEMBERS AND OUR PARTICULAR NEIGHBORHOOD. A WIDE RANGE OF ACTIVITIES CATERS FOR ALL TASTES, BUT AS NAWC IS AN EDUCATIONAL CHARITY THE EMPHASIS IS ON SELF-DEVELOPMENT.

To provide a headquarter building for use by Girlguiding Middlesex South West and its units to allow for training of guiders; run unit activities.

To apply funds and income for charitable purposes in Acton and elsewhere.

The 2000 Club provides opportunities for people with physical, learning & sensory disability, aged 18 years & upwards. The club participates in Leisure / Games & Social Activities. We meet once a month, 2nd Sundays. Indoor Bowls Session was discontinued Winter 2019/20 period. Social Day Trips are also organised throughout the year. The club are working in partnership with other organisations.

The Sunshine Foundation for Children with Special Needs supports St Andrew's School for Special Education in Grenada by raising awareness and funds which provides educational resources, materials and equipment.Yearly we support a local charity,this year we are supporting Ealing Mencap Independent Travel, who teaches young people with disabilities how to travel independetly and safely.

The Charity raises funs through* Dinner and Dance functions.* Cake baking and selling at individuals work places.* Donations.* Sundry activities.These funds are used for * Eye camps in India, mainly in Mumbai in this financial year.

Funds are raised with members of the association performing Hindu religious functions, mainly at people's homes. No fees are charged, but most people donate some money in appreciation. Other income from Building society interest.Donations were made to other worthwhile causes.

Mainly scout activities e.g camping, games, outdoor activities, learning skills etc. Occassional, fund raising activities e.g jumble sale, supermarket packing etc.These funds are used to buy equipment for the group.

We provide a Saturday school for 6-16 year olds of all backgrounds from 2-4pm at the Friary Community Centre and at the Oaktree Community Centre in west London and we also provide Marimba, African dance and drumming classes. Please see our website for more information!

Religous

The promotion of community fellowship by the mentoring and encouragement of boys and girls aged between 11 and 14 to participate in 2 day touch rugby festivals organised by the charity and attended by professional premiership rugby players.

We distribute food along with food hampers, baby essentials, toiletries, sanitary kits, dental kits etc to those who need it along with other basic necessities. We also provide emergency food parcels. We conduct classes & workshops on period poverty, dental hygiene and support, CV classes, life skills workshops and a support group. We also try to do delivery of cooked meals to those who need it.

Advice, training, homework club and support for Somali women.

We aim to support and enhance the social fabric of the school for children, parents, and teachers helping to provide a stimulating, enjoyable environment for the children. We encourage parental involvement, organise social occasions for children and parents, carry out fundraising ventures to help local charities and to support activities for the children in addition to those the school offers.

The charity uses its income from investments to make grants to other local charities, or national charities, working in the historical parish of Greenford Magna, to assist them in their work with elderly people, and vulnerable adults and families. This can take the form of support for example of food banks and night shelters run by local churches.

Goals4Giving organise and deliver sports & community outreach projects for schools and community groups in the UK. The charity's other purpose is delivering football and multi-sport clinics in schools in developing countries (mainly within Africa & Asia). We aim to create long term partnerships with schools that enable us to provide structured sports sessions to children in developing countries.
