The Brighton Toy and Model Museum exhibits and cares for toys and commercial models from the last four centuries and preserves them to educate and inspire people of all ages.

To relieve poverty, distress and hardship amongst unemployed and low waged people and their families living or staying in the Brighton area regardless of Race Sex Age or Sexual Orientation

Pre-school running term time only offering sessional care for 2 yr olds to 4 1/2 yr olds. Fundraising events held to buy new equipment and resources.

Emmanuel Pre-school provide high quality care and education for children below statutory school age. We work in partnership with parents to help children to learn and develop. We offer children and their parents a service which promotes equality and values diversity. Most of all we want the children to have fun and enjoy coming to Emmanuel Pre-school.

The preservation of the 'Stables' building and its operation as a theatre and arts centre.

The provision of a sports centre and ancillary activities for recreation and leisure time occupation for the benefit of the inhabitants of the local area.

Regular public worship open to all. The provision of sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation. Pastoral work, including visiting the sick and the bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses, and small groups. The provision of a youth club with a Christian ethos. Promotion of Christianity through the staging of events and meetings, and the distribution of literature.

Provide daily social, educational and religious facilities for the Jewish community, young and old. Offer rooms and venue hire to general local community for their functions, clubs, groups and local business activities.

To support the relief of sickness in patients by the National Health Service provided by East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust Hastings and Rother CCG, Eastbourne Hailsham and Seaford CCG and High Weald, Lewes, Havens CCG. By promoting the efficient performance of their duties by staff, and the investigation and relief of illness, disability and suffering

Provision of housing for elderly.

The advancement of the christian faith in accordance with the doctrinal standards and the discipline of the Methodist Church

Supporting other charities in the UK and overseas.

The Trustees aim to pursue the objects of the charity through the running of the Manor House at Penhurst as a specialist Retreat Centre. The main emphasis is to provide retreat facilities for individuals and small groups returning from stressful environments overseas or within the UK, or preparing to serve overseas through both led group Retreats and the opportunity for private reflection.

The Charity provides almshouses for people who are over 60 years old, are of good character and in financial hardship. At the time of appication, the potential resident must reside within the Ancient Parishes of Pevensey and Westham. The Charity owns 6 almshouses in Westham and 2 in Pevensey Bay. When vacancies occur, these are advertised widely in the area of benefit.

Rotherfield Village Pre-School provides an educational, interesting and enjoyable environment for children under school age.
