Provides dwellings as first homes for young Ringmer couples of limited means.

The B.P.F.A. maintain and manage Swan Meadow playing field and the facilities thereon to provide sporting and recreational opportunities for the community.

Advance public education and foster a general interest in model railways, railways and allied pursuits and to encourage a high standard of railway modelling - in particular, amongst the members of the club.

Offers almshouse accomodation (two in number) to people of 55 years or over, who live in Falmer or are or have been associated with Falmer.

the objects of the charity are to manage and maintain the community hall for the benefit of the residents of the village of winchelsea beach as defined by rother district council and icklesham parish council;and provide facilities for social and educational activities,and enhance the quality of life of the said residents.

THE TRUSTS OBJECTIVE IS TO COLLECT AND INVEST MONIES WHICH CAN BE CALLED UPON BY ST MARGARETS PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL (PCC) IN DITCHLING TO HELP THEM WITH THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CHURCH AND ITS GROUNDS, SO THAT THE HERITAGE OF THIS ANCIENT BUILDING IS SAFEGUARDED FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.
