The Upper Gastrointestinal Surgeons (TUGSS) Society represents the global community of Upper Gastro-intestinal Surgery and all its various sub-specialities.There is currently no global platform representing all of Upper Gastrointestinal Surgery. The aim of AMTECS is to operate in or near coastal or aquatic environments where there is no local or governmental support, to provide education, training and physical support for those operating and living, thereby improving their continued health, safety and well-being. Providing Medical assistance training, equipment, education and conservation to improve their quality of life and stay safe.
