The International Society of Hypertension (ISH) is the premier global body dedicated to research, education and clinical excellence in blood pressure and related cardiovascular disease. Highlighted activities include: Scientific Meetings, New Investigator and Women in Hypertension Research networks and educational activities with a focus on economically disadvantaged countries.

Support of the religious and other charitable activities of the Congregation of the Society of Marie Auxiliatrice, including pastoral work in parishes, retreat ministry, youth work, educational work, school chaplaincies and liturgical ministry.

As a ministry, our passion to reach Jewish people takes those who share our vision into the heart of Europe, throughout the UK, down to Cape Town in South Africa, and over into Israel. The Congregation of the Sisters of Christ, an international Religious Congregation, has two communities in England, in Sittingbourne and London. The activities of the sisters fall into three primary areas: a wide range of social and pastoral work, caring for the older sisters who have given their lives to helping others and contributing each year to support the mission of sisters overseas.

Advancement of ReligionTo advance an understanding of the Christian faith through mission by offering refuge, loving those we meet, and holding church services.Providing safety Ski Angels help people in need safely down the mountain. We are spiritual mountain rescue. We operate in Meribel, a ski resort in the French Alps.

The object of the charity is to advance the Christian faith through the vehicle of sport in the UK and abroad.The charity raises income through gifts and donations from churches and individuals and from running children's soccer and netball schools, overseas tours and football and netball leagues.The charity's main expenditure during the year was staff salaries.

Our Objectives are to promote human rights, especially freedom of speech, as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Art 10, and European convention Art 19,by:A. Monitoring abuses of human rights;B. Raising awareness of such human rights;C. Promoting public support for such human rights;D. Research into such human rights issues;E. International advocacy of such human rights

The charity in line with its aims has been investing the donations received to date and is currently reviewing the investments in order to make a decision on what charitable activities/grants are to be undertaken in the next year from income received.

Acts in support of Christians and chaplaincies in the armed forces around the world but primarily in Africa, Europe, South Asia and the Middle East.

THE ACTIVITIES OF THE CHARITY CAN BE DIVIDED INTO 3 PRINCIPAL ARES; CARING FOR MEMBERS OF THE CONGREATION; THE SOCIAL AND PASTORAL WORK OF THE SISTERS, AND THE SUPPORT OF OVERSEAS MISSIONARY WORK.

Al Massira (The Journey) is an Arabic video course whose presenter is on a journey of discovery about Christianity in the Middle East, N. Africa & Europe. Groups with limited access to the Christian faith are led through the foundations of the Abrahamic tradition to the Messiah. The resource has been translated into over 40 languages. Courses are promoted worldwide for training group leaders.

TO ADVANCE THE GENERAL INTERESTS OF THE TEXTILE INDUSTRIES WORLDWIDE, MORE PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO THE ACQUISITION AND APPLICATION THERETO OF KNOWLEDGE.

The charity's object is the advancement of the Christian Faith in Europe and elsewhere by means of the evangelism of the peoples of Europe, irrespective of background, creed, nationality and current place of residence; the encouragement and strengthening of evangelical churches throughout Europe; the establishment of evangelical churches; demonstrating the Gospel of Jesus Christ by life and word.

The charity's principal objects include the advancement of education in accountancy, financial management and related subjects as well as the support of individuals studying such subjects. It provides CPD (Continuing Professional Development) to members of ACCA and members of the public. The Society, which is a registered charity, was formed to advance the understanding, prevention and treatment of mental illness related to childbearing.The Society was founded in January 1980.
