There is no one organisation that takes responsibility for graves and memorials before 1914. As a result many of the graves are in poor condition and are in need of repair. The Remembrance Trust has as an objective to find and, where possible, restore these monuments and graves of military personnel worldwide. We will also aid local communities and educate and train future generations.

The fund is used to relieve poverty, sickness, suffering and distress for British & Commonwealth citizens living in Switzerland and also for any needy person recommended by one of the British churches in Switzerland.

Humanitet is an UK - based Disaster Relief organisation providing Humanitarian Aid to those affected by Conflict, War and Disasters around the world.

During the financial year 2011-2012, the UCJC has supported both deprived and disadvantaged members of the church and non-members locally and across the UK by providing a range of social activities, care, and general support including home visiting and befriending, emotional support, advice and information sharing, guidance, advocacy. .

We provide support and education to young people impacted by Huntington's disease.

TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL WELFARE OF FAMILIES (ESPECIALLY FAMILIES WHO HAVE CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS (PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR FINANCIAL) AND ENHANCEMENT OF RELIGION ON PILGRIMAGE TO THE MARIAN CATHOLIC SHRINE IN LOURDES BY PROVIDING FOR AND ASSISTING FINANCIALLY, LOGISTICALLY AND OTHERWISE.

We organise volunteers who live in and around Cambridge working to help the refugees in Northern France and elsewhere. We send regular convoys of volunteers to Europe, and we carry out activities in UK to raise awareness of the situation. We raise funds and organise donations of clothing and other items. All the money we raise goes towards providing aid to the refugees or supporting our convoys.

Promotes Human Rights ( defined in UDHR, UN Charter and conventions, including emerging HR, such as the environment) as a path to peace, human security, disarmament, protection of the planet and particularly the rights of women globally. Funds individuals and organisations campaigning for these rights, researching, educating, empowering the public and exposing infringements of HR.

To advance education worldwide, including education in leadership skills, and to advance young people in life to help them become responsible citizens by providing support to The World Organisation of the Scout Movmeent, or other organisations dedicated to education and the development of leadership skills of young people, through funding such projects as the Trust may from time to time see fit.

We collect clothing and other items and raise funds to help asylum seekers in Hull and East Riding, as well as vulnerable people locally. We also provide a small amount of assistance to asylum seekers overseas. We aim to raise awareness of the situation of people seeking asylum, by organising public events, such as talks, and being involved in local festivals etc.
