LEGS is a UK registered charity consisting of a course of weekly group exercise and discussion sessions. Classes take place in private exercise studios and online.

The principal activity of the Charity is to provide specialist speech and language therapy, occupational therapy and physiotherapy services to children with Down's Syndrome, living in South London. The group is open to all children with Down's Syndrome and their parents or carers who live locally. There are no formal membership criteria or fees.

The club is nationally competitive in junior, senior and veteran classifications both male and female.
