The African Bird Club gives grants to individuals and groups in African countries to support a wide range of small to medium-sized projects there that benefit the conservation of African birds or their habitats. Our website is the primary online source for all things to do with African birds. We also publish a twice-yearly, peer-reviewed bulletin, and we are developing a series of birding apps.

The Charity's principal activity is to facilitate the provision of post-graduate level higher education and the study of law by individuals from the continent of Africa.

Soroptimist International Foundation is a global organisation collecting appeal donations from 5 member Federations and the public. DfG UK operates under the umbrella of Days for Girls International (DfGI). DfG UK has over 20 active volunteer sewing teams, dedicated to the DfG mission and to supporting menstrual health locally and globally. Their efforts include advocacy and awareness raising, fundraising, sewing and donating DfG Kits, facilitating menstrual health education, and building local community partnerships.
