We aim to move mistreated animals into sanctuaries or rehabilitate them for release into the wild. The Sloth Conservation Foundation (SloCo) is dedicated to saving sloths in the wild through research and conservation initiatives. ADIf works to prevent animal cruelty, our work inc. rescue/care of neglected animals. To advance scientific research into alternative techniques/substitutes to replace use of animals in medical/other research Lord Dowding Fund for Humane Research transferred from founding organisation National Anti-Vivisection Society to ADIf in resolution approved by Society?s directors on/effective 26 June 2016.

Aiming to tackle the effects of loneliness and isolation internationally and within the UK by providing representation, advice, equipment, fostering cooperation, undertaken research and developing initiatives. Particular older people, people who are vulnerable or disabled and people who are disadvantage by illness or social isolation. Priority is given work that significantly relieve loneliness.

The charity relieves immediate financial distress when a member, who must be Serving in the RAF, dies from whatever cause, by making grants to their nominated beneficiary.

Walk21 works with local communities to assess their environment and identify opportunities for improving walkability with the app. We run an international conference to disseminate best practice and share knowledge and network. We advocate for walking at a range of international forums and run workshops with local governments to develop the capacity to deliver better walkability.

52 Lives changes someone's life every week of the year and inspires people to be kind. People nominate someone in need and every week we choose someone to help, share their story and provide what they need. We also run extra projects to help larger numbers of people. In addition, we provide Kindness Workshops for schools which empower children to create positive change and improve their wellbeing.

To advance such charitable purposes (according to the law of England and Wales) as the trustees see fit from time to time.

Our overseas activities include shipment of barrels to the Caribbean Islands and Ethiopia at the request of their community leaders, filled with clothing and books. Raise funds on behalf of Christian Community appeals in Ethiopia.Continue to raise funds to renovate our building, formerly a cinema then nightclub into a community centre / place of worship.

The International Society of Hypertension (ISH) is the premier global body dedicated to research, education and clinical excellence in blood pressure and related cardiovascular disease. Highlighted activities include: Scientific Meetings, New Investigator and Women in Hypertension Research networks and educational activities with a focus on economically disadvantaged countries.

The Foundation is named for the late General Secretary of the National Union of Teachers (England and Wales) who died suddenly in April 2008. It continues his work by promoting the Sustainable Development Goals for education by encouraging teachers worldwide to contribute their experience and expertise to projects which advance the achievement of these goals.

The charity in line with its aims has been investing the donations received to date and is currently reviewing the investments in order to make a decision on what charitable activities/grants are to be undertaken in the next year from income received.

An early stage impact fund that provides patient capital investment, technical and management support to social enterprises that improve the lives of low-income people and marginalised ones in developing countries and developed ones. It invests in early stage ventures where capital need is greatest.
