Parent association to fundraiser to support Shoreditch Park Primary School activities

At present we give two annual payments at Christmas and at the AGM in September) to needy pensioners in the Hackney area. Home visits are made to deliver these payments.

The relief of poverty and assistance of homeless people in need in Hackney, Stratford and Nigeria who suffers the effect of homelessness as determined by the trustees in particular by the following means:a) supplying them with food, clothing and related supportb) providing assistance and advice to like-minded charitable groups

Religious activities which include; relief of poverty through helping the needy, teaching about all the tenets of the bible, praying and observing sacred worship as well. Solemnization of marriages and baptism, observing holy communium when necessary and visiting hospitals to pray for the sick.

School twinning program between London schools and Black Johnson School of Excellence and Leadership, Sierra Leone focusing on the arts as a method of engagement and education.Cultural exchange through music, food, presentations, pen-pal schemes and entertainment.On line dialogue, ideas art and toy exchange.

The principal objectives of the Charity are to utilise the funds to or for the benefit of any charitable object or purpose that the Trustees may deem proper.

Raise awareness of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) within the African/Caribbean and Ethnic minority communities via seminars, conferences, workshops and giving presentations at other kinds of events.

To promote,improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science of music in all its aspects by the presentation of public concerts and recitals and by such other ways as the society through its committee shall determine from time to time.

Funds are raised with members of the association performing Hindu religious functions, mainly at people's homes. No fees are charged, but most people donate some money in appreciation. Other income from Building society interest.Donations were made to other worthwhile causes.

Playschemes during the summer and winter holiday breaks for children between the ages of 5 and 12. which provide opportunity to stay close to their culture 2. Language school for for mother tougne languages.3. Celebration of annual Homowo-Asafotufiam-Nmaayem festival of the GaDangme people of Ghana

The charity runs an extensive research program enabling people to research the culture and history of the Chassidic movement and also run weekly and monthly lectures and social events relating to this.

We promote education both young and adult, we cater for the disabled through respite care, religious activities and sports as well as relief or poverty, we promote art and culture and provide counselling for drug and substance misuse.Trips for the youth as well as outdoor fair for the elderly.Organizations affiliated to us are God Is Our Light Mount Olives Church and Higher Calling.

Attended the annual conference in Nigeria.and donated money towards the Church project.Sponsored a funeral visitation to Nigeria.Carried out visitation of some elderly people in their homes.Made a successful application to the Land Registry for Property Reversion. Visited dying cancer patient at Belvedere.

The objectives of the charity are to promote the advancement of the Orthodox Jewish faith, and the advancement of Orthodox Jewish religious education, as well as advancement of other charitable purposes such as the relief of poverty, sickness and infirmity.
