The Octavia Foundation works with people affected by unemployment, ill health, social isolation or low incomes to connect them with opportunities for positive personal change. We deliver services in five key areas: care and support for older and vulnerable people work with young people help with training and employment help with money and debt involving the community

240Project provides a safespace and activity centre for the vulnerable and excluded, particularly those with experience of homelessness. We offer arts, health, counselling and wellbeing groups and activities, internet access, one-to-one practical support, group art trips, wellbeing trips and more. We aim to enrich our members lives and help people out of isolation and into a full vibrant life.

Part of the Church of England in the London Diocese. The Church is made up of people from all areas and stages of life, young and old, catholic, evangelical, singles and families joined together by a desire to know more of God. Knowledge Schools Foundation Trust is a charity which supports schools and pupils within the Knowledge Schools Trust, a state-funded, Multi-Academy Trust.The Foundation Trust raises money to pay for the those parts of the schools' facilities, resources and activities not paid for by the DfE, such as the Co-curricular programmes.

Our weekly bible study meeting and fellowship groups open to all who are seeking to improve their religious education. The leadership of the church also offers religious counseling to members and the wider community.

SYO aims to educate in the art and science of music. We hold weekly rehearsals during term time for musicians aged up to 21 drawing children from SW London, Surrey & Middlesex. Our three concerts each year are open to the public, and we organise an annual/biannual tour abroad. Most members pay to belong to the orchestra but no child with musical talent is excluded because of inability to pay.

The PCC promotes in the Ecclesiatical Parish of All Souls situated in Harlesden, London NW10 in the London Borough of Brent, the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, social and ecumenical. Our income comes from membership fees,donations, legacies and proceeds from our gift shop and flower shop.We aim to meet requests for funding received from Hammersmith Hospital, that may not be readily available through the NHS.Our aim is to supply equipment beneficial to patients and staff and to provide facilities for the treatment of patients.
