All Saints Parochial Church Council (PCC) is part of the East Winchester benefice. The churches of All Saints and St Andrew's Chilcomb are within the parish. The PCC has the responsibility for, in co-operation with the Rector, the whole mission of the Church of England within the parish. This includes our worship, pastoral care, evangelistic activities, social action and buildings maintenance.

The principal activity of the centre is to operate the Fernhurst Centre at 2 Crossfield Fernhurst, providing computer/IT, cafe and education facilities and courses for the benefit of the community.

Providing regular public worship for all the Christian faith Teaching the faith to all ages Providing training, nurture and activities for children and young people Serving the community Giving pastoral care and support to members and others in need, particularly those in sickness, distress or poverty Providing premises and resources for community groups and activities.

GSD 2000 rescues unwanted, abandoned or badly-treated GSDs and re-homes them in suitable private homes. All animals are neutered. Any dog previously re-homed is accepted back into care at any time which ensures life-long security. Some older dogs may be placed in homes on a charity-assisted basis, meaning that some of their veterinary fees are funded by the Charity.

The Richard Kirkman Trust is a grant making charity, it's income being derived solely from funds invested. Grants for general use and for the benefit of individuals, covering a wide spectrum of social needs, are made to charities and organisations which have a material effect within Hampshire.

The preparation, study and performance of choral music for the public. To study and prepare existing compositions and to commission new works. To support the development and engagement of young people in the arts and in particular choral singing. Provides a wide range of activities & other opportunities for girls & young women. These vary from indoor challenges to outdoor pursuits, from social skills to social action. All focus on enabling the membership to have fun, build friendships & gain valuable life skills. The stimulating & enjoyable programmes in which the girls share are delivered by trained & enthusiastic volunteer leaders.

To promote equality and diversity, advance education and eliminate particularly in relation to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and associated communities [LGBT Plus], in particular but not exclusively within Reading and The Thames Valley. In particularly by promoting and staging an annual festival and making grants and/or donations to other charitable and voluntary organisations.

The charity provides three halls for the local community to use for various functions within the village, including W.I. flower club, pilates, dancing classes, dancing, stroke clubs, dog training & drama group. The charity produces pantomimes, variety shows and band concerts to raise funds.

To preserve for the benefit of the people of Romsey and the nation at large, all those buildings and premises of historical and architectural interest known as King John's House and Tudor Cottage, Romsey. To encourage the use of these facilities for both educational and entertainment purposes.
