We are a small charity, affiliated to the main Samaritans charity. We provide emotional support to the distressed and despairing in North London and beyond, by telephone, email and SMS.

The focus of the AFIKIM program is on children and their families. Our aim is toprovide children at-risk with their immediate needs while integrating them into a long-termprogram geared towards excellence in education, values and character. The charity also gives grants and donations to the disadvantaged peoples and charities.

Per the Constitution, the Chorus aims to promote, develop and maintain the public's appreciation and education in the art and science of music. Focusing on choral music, it performs concerts, and holds workshops for its members.

Connected Community (Twinease) supports vulnerable mums of unplanned twins across London through emotional, practical, and financial help. We provide meals, volunteers, night nurse support, care packs, formula vouchers, workshops, events and support hotline to ease the pressures of raising multiples. Our aim: improve wellbeing, build confidence, and ensure no mum of twins face the journey alone.

The African Caribbean Company Limited provides a variety of services to vulnerable,deprived and other multiple disadvantaged members of the BME Communities living in the London Borough of Haringey who otherwise would be socially excluded and isolated. The Company also addressess the needs of frail and older African Caribbean Haringey Residents.

We are a Parents Association which operates for the benefit of children attending Rhodes Avenue Primary School. In addition to providing the school with grants we run events with the aim of enhancing the school community.

Animal Aid & Advice, rehome stray and abandoned cats & kittens, either by adoption or fostering. We go out, trap and rescue sick cats, treat medically and neuter when necessary.

The association aims to improve attitudes towards mental ill health and promotes practical measures and research for preventing and combating mental distress.

GHO & CHC are a church based charity. We are set up to alleviate poverty, give advise, teach the gospel of Jesus Christ. Hackney Youth Orchestras Trust is a music school for children and young people living or studying in Hackney and neighbouring boroughs. The School's progressive concessions policy makes it accessible to groups currently under-represented in music education. Students are taught by professional musicians both individually and in groups, leading to regular free public concert performances.

A Class Tutors provides lessons following the National Curriculum from key stages 1 through 4. We deliver creative and engaging lessons and strive to take into account our children?s diverse learning styles and implement this into the schools teaching techniques and style of delivery. Equip our children with the necessary skills to become independent and successful learners.

Our charitable objects are to relieve poverty and financial hardship among refugees, asylum seekers, migrant workers and their dependents living in London by providing housing, pastoral and practical support. We carry this out through our principle activities: the provision of accommodation in Martha House, and other properties when available; advocacy support and signposting; community building.
