Standon & Puckeridge Hares Football Club is run solely by volunteers,we provide a safe environment in an area of rural isolation for children and young adults of all abilities aged between 5 and 18 to enjoy football,social interaction and the outdoors.

A Methodist Church in Bushey Heath which holds regular services of worship, maintains a Christian witness to the neighbourhood, supports the work of the Methodist Church in this country and overseas and serves the local community, in particular by providing facilities for a variety of activities engaged in by both children and adults.

Vision : To provide comprehensive services to survivors of historic or recent rape or sexual abuse to enable them to recover and thrive in their communities.Aim: To provide a helpline and support which creates a safe space for survivors of rape and sexual abuse to speak to trained volunteers who will listen, validate and refer onwards for treatment to our recovery and holistic therapy service.

To enable persons in South West Hertfordshire as well as elsewhere who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair to receive confidential emotional support at any time in order to improve their emotional health and to reduce the incidence of suicide: and to promote a better understanding of suicide, suicidal behaviour and the value of expressing feelings which may otherwise lead to suicide.

Scouting Activities

Fund raising to provide additional resources for the children at our school.

To administer and maintain five almshouses in Mill Lane, Stotfold.

To advance the education of the school pupils, by developing effective relationships between staff and parents, and by engaging in activities or providing facilities and equipment, which supports the school, and so advance the education of the pupils.

To relieve and assist by all charitable means, the residents of Prince Michael of Kent Court, (Watford) through the provision of facilities not normally supplied by the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution (R.M.B.I.).

Churches in Croxley Green CIO demonstrates the love of Jesus Christ to individuals/families by offering holistic care through the role of a Parish Nurse.The service is available and accessible to anyone in the local community regardless of faith or no faith.

The activities of the First Baldock Scout Group are as a unit of the Scout Association. The aim of the Scout Association is to promote the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potentials, as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.

To advance, improve, develop, and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the art and science of music in all its aspects by any means the trustees see fit, including through the presentation of public concerts and recitals.

The church are for the advancement of the christian faith, in accordance with our core belief for the benefit of the public through teaching of the word of God, preaching the gospel, having prayer meetings and holding public cultural and religious programmes. Also feeding the homeless, supporting children hospice, counselling people with drugs and prison ministry service.

Part of the Scout association,giving children to take part in all Scouting activities.

The Trustees shall hold the trust fund upon trust to apply the income, and at their discretion, so far as may be permissible, the capital for any charitable purpose or purposes relating to the NHS within the area served by the Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust.

Cornergate Foundation works with prisoners/ex-offenders helping them to rehabilitate and resettle after prison, refraining from crime. We work with people in addictions, mental health conditions and the lonely and isolated as these factors all overlap. Core work is in befriending/mentoring, addiction recovery, signposting to other agencies and advocacy. We work in Hertfordshire and surrounds.

The Trust operates a number of Foodbanks in the area.In addition it operates a community cafe and facilitates mental health and advice services to its clients.
