We rescue & rehabilitate exotic animals (as well as some domestic species), we also educate & support exotic animal keepers. We provide educational encounters for schools, universities & veterinary professionals & we provide pets as therapy for a wide variety of establishments.

Girlguiding Baldock District is the operating name of Baldock District Guides and is part of Girlguiding, the operating name of the Guide Association.Girlguiding enables girls and young women to develop their potential and to make a difference to the world through a stimulating and enjoyable programme of activities, delivered by trained volunteers.

The aim of the organisation is, by the provision of communication services, to relieve distress and suffering resulting from emergencies and disasters. Advance education by providing training exercises both for ourselves and The British Red Cross, The St John Ambulance, local authorities and any other user service requiring us to do so.

We interest and stimulate people who have time on their hands through retirement, unemployment or diminishing family responsibilities. We have no permanent teachers or buildings, require no academic qualifications nor do we issue diplomas or degrees. We have term-time general meetings and special-interest groups. For the general meetings we use both our own members and outside speakers.

Our mission is to empower young people in Hertfordshire who are disadvantaged for any reason, to meet their fullest potential in life through education, leadership and early intervention programmes. To allow young minds to develop and gain confidence and life skills in a safe and encouraging environment.

We support hosts and guests in the local area by providing opportunities for people to network and access information and support.We host WhatsApp groups, run weekly social meet ups, provide free English lessons, run a free shop from donations, fund a dedicated Ukraine specific Citizens Advice service and provide grants.We raise funds to support these initiatives.

Raising money to support Anstey playgroup and Anstey First School.

We provide low cost and affordable counselling services to members of the local community in Hemel Hempsteadto relieve the mental and physical sickness of persons resident in Hemel Hempstead suffering from common mental health issues by the provision of counselling and support for such persons, and promote awareness of mental health and wellbeing in the community and workplace in Hemel Hempstead

To ensure the heritage chattels located at Moor Park Golf Club are maintained and preserved.

Services to the local, national and international causes and corporate friendship.

We exist in order to help ensure the preservation of Bovingdon's Parish Church and Churchyard for current and future generations.We do this by raising awareness of, and interest in, Bovingdon's Parish Church through a range of social, educational and community events and activities.We contribute funds for the Parochial Church Council to maintain and improve St. Lawrence Church and Churchyard.

The charity has been set to provide swimming facilities in the county of Hertfordshire. Currently a feasabiltiy study is underway looking at the possibilty of building a pool and how it can beenfit the community as a whole.

Youth football teams

Radwell Village Hall. This is a building in the village of Radwell,North Hertfordshire, which can be hired out for family or club functions and activities.

The trust ensures that St. Nicholas Church, an early 12th century building, is kept in a good state of repair, internally and externally. Fund raising takes place and donations are received to assist in the restoration. The trustees continually assess the building.

Provision of recreation facilities and general activities to the community and wider public by way of renovating and refurbishing the Tudor Park Pavilion, Tudor Sports Ground, Barnet and the subsequent management of the site.

Educational support

Giving to Masonic and local charities in times of need.

The Charity is a Christian Church with a communion service and Junior church each Sunday and a mid-week Bible study home group. Pastoral work includes visiting the sick and bereaved,outreach activities in the local community,supporting numerous cross-church activities. Some of its funds are donated to local and overseas charities as the need arises.

Raises money from the public by collections or fund-raising activities, either for a specific cause or for unspecified charities supported by Rotary. Distributes those funds according to availability and perceived need.

PROVIDING RELIGIOUS SERVICES, HEALING SERVICES AND WORKSHOPS

The objects of the Club shall be to advance education and to provide facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving the conditions of life for women in the area of benefit without distinction of political, religious or other opinions.

The charity is a Scout Group within East Herts District run by Trustees appointed under the Rules of The Scout Association. It provides the opportunities for boys and girls aged 6 thru 16 for which the Scout movement is well known in three age groups, Scouts, Cubs and Beavers, led by Warranted Leaders. It enjoys the support of adult volunteers, especially for fund raising.
