2nd Harlington forms part of the International Scout Movement and provides access for those within the Hillingdon West District of Hillingdon.

To fund raise for the benefit of the pupils of our school, such that their education and personal development may be advanced whereever possible.

Sport-ED empowers underprivileged youth in Slough and surrounding area through sports, education, and community engagement. Activities include a weekend school, homework clubs, 7 team football club, cricket, Box-Fit, martial arts, and girls-only sports. We also run health workshops, community safety programs, job fairs & enrichment activities - promoting confidence, teamwork & healthy lifestyle.

Acorn Youth and Social Club, the operating name of the charity, aims to provide facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation for people, resident in or near Hillingdon, with learning disabilities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Encouragement of the appreciation of choral music by public performance.

We link business donors with community needs. As pioneers of corporate social responsibility, funded and managed by our business supporters, we deliver help in cash or in kind, by volunteering and by practical fieldwork, addressing appeals from all ages, all abilities. We arrange recycling/re-use of many office and domestic items.

Scout Group (Youth Activities)

RAMGARHIA SPORTS AND SOCIAL CLUB (RSSC) IS A WELL-ESTABLISHED COMMUNITY RUN SPORTS CLUB BASED IN WEST LONDON. RSSC'S VISION IS TO CREATE AN INDEPENDENT AND DEDICATED FACILITY TO PROVIDE GREATER COMMUNITY HARMONY, PROMOTE BETTER HEALTH AND WELLBEING IN THE COMMUNITY, AND PROMOTE EQUALITY THROUGH SPORTS.

To provide activities for young people.

We fundraise for the school to provide extra facilities and equipment for the children. We do this in the form of Summer and Christmas Fayres and social events which are usually held within the school.

PROVIDE ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AGED 6-25, IN LINE WITH THE AIMS AND OBJECTIVES OF THE SCOUT ASSOCIATION.

Scouting - The purpose of the Scout Movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens, and as members of their local, national and international communities.

Monies are raised for the Association through fund raising events, many of which were occasions when parents, pupils and staff could come together socially. For example a Summer Fayre, a Christmas Fayre, a firework display, a general knowledge quiz, a golf day, several second hand uniform sales, and cake and chocolate sales.

Scouting and the provision of a Community Hall for use by others

Pinner Park PTA has two main objectives: - To promote relationships between the staff, parents and others to do with the school; - To engage in activities or provide facilities or equipment which support the school financially or otherwise, and advance the education of our children.

To develop the arts in music, dance and speech & drama. To provide a Festival for the youngsters in Ruislip-Northwood and surrounding areas to perform and compete against each other.

Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of pupils/ Activities carried out in 2010/11 included our very successful Christmas bazaar, Film Nights, Family Disco, Cake sales, Ice Lolly Sales, Recycling bag to school, Abel and Cole fruit sales.

To secure and facilitate a community building and to work with partners both statutory and non statutory to provide facilities for the members of the North Hayes community regardless of their personal attributes or beliefs to provide and promote educational, leisure and recreational activities.

To bring together various groups and peoples in the local area of Hayes, Middlesex with particular emphasis on helping housebound and disabled persons.
