The organisation will also redirect the people to the local councils, social services or health care professionals on going into a care home, getting stair lifts, walking frames, walking sticks, disability allowance etc.

To provide a place for women to meet on a regular basis. We offer friendship and support for women on their own. We offer education, a chance for group holidays, visits to places of interest, speakers on many subjects to broaden their outlook on life, information and support on "well being" walks etc.

Under the guidance of our trained and experienced members, children develop appropriate skills and self confidence for a successful future.

Ear4U supports all people directly and indirectly affected by deafness. It provides information, support, advocacy and education to individuals and organisations predominantly in the Borough of Hillingdon but also in the surrounding areas and potentially across the UK.

We are providing health & yoga classes, various seminars, visits from PCT, participating in research e.g. cancer, food and any other NHS services. Give information on health & local issues, taking trips & organising events.

We are currently involved in a number of projects helping the people of Afghanistan both overseas refugees and Afghans residing in Afghanistan. We are working on establishing and running self-sustained projects in Afghanistan to help the women in particular.We look at refugees mental well being and help with integration programmes as well as sign posting them to the right organisations.
