This includes the education of the public via social media about some of the myths regarding the welfare of waterfowl. Producing academic studies such as looking into the genetic purity of endangered species of waterfowl.

The development of information systems to inform the worldwide public on the best practices in animal welfare and the law relating to animals in order to advance education and promote humane behaviour towards animals.

IPA is an international non-governmental organisation originally founded in 1961. It provides a forum for exchange and action across disciplines and across sectors. IPA's purpose is to protect, preserve and promote the child's right to play as a fundamental human right.

The Fan Circle International brings together professionals, collectors and enthusiasts of fans from around the world. Members are encouraged to undertake research into fans and fan makers for publication in our Bulletin, for which grants may be available. Grants are also given for the conservation of fans in museum collections and for educational purposes to promote knowledge of hand fans.
