Charities In India

The main areas of charitable actvitiy are the provision of counseling, advice, support and the advancement of the Christian religion.

The charity is a grant giving charity making grants annually to other animal welfare charities throughout Great Britain and also abroad.The charity also makes representations to the European Union regarding the treatment of farm animals transported from the United Kingdom to Europe, and across European countries over often very hot long distances without adequate rest and watering.

We provide a place of worship and run church services that are open to all to learn more of the Christian faith. As part of this work we provide pastoral care to those within the church. We also support other Christian projects at home and overseas. Particularly we support projects in India carried out by partner organisations to help alleviate poverty.

Our main objective is to break the cycle of poverty of disadvantaged children and young people in Goa through education, food, health & welfare. Our main projects are the Mango House and Learning Tree projects located at Mapusa. We support around 250 children daily mainly through registered formal pre-primary schools and afternoon tuition classes. We also provide meals, uniforms and school bags.

Relief of sickness on poor young and elderly people by setting up medical camps,providing financial assistance,andproviding financial assistance for poor children for their educational and living needs in Sri Lanka and India.Providing financial assistance to renovate the Saiva temples,schools and community centres which has been damaged by the recent civil war in Sri Lanka.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES.CULTURAL ACTIVITIES.ENTERTAINMENT.Sports activities every Thursday continued with dedication of Dhirubhai. Badminton, table tennis and snooker are very popular. There were no concerts ar dramas presented.

Teaching about Christian faith and action in the UK and overseas so as to promote activity within churches that demonstrates biblically authentic faith, and relieving poverty in the UK and particularly in the developing world (currently mostly India and Zambia) through support of social care and health programmes, education and vocational training.

Life Project 4 Youth help young adults from socially and economically deprived backgrounds across the world to become productive and self-sufficient members of society by providing financial support for basic education, vocational training, basic essential needs and advice and support on health and social issues.

The Grateful Church RCCG currently fulfils its objectives by observing the following activities; 1. Youth Center, Training & Development2. Worship Centre, the organisation meets weekly for Christian worship, ministering in songs and Christian teachings3. Counselling and Drop in session4. Mothers and Toddlers Group5. Community Safety Awareness & Health Advice6. Food Bank

Provides grants for relevant research.

PROMOTING OF CHRISTIAN FAITH THROUGH SUNDAY SERVICE, BIBLE STUDIES, SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR KIDS, EVANGALISM THROUGH PREACHING AND TRACT DISTRIBUTION. OOPERATE IN THE NORTH EAST REGION BY REGULAR PRAYER MEETINGS

Works alongside churches as a para-church organisation proclaiming the Christian message with an emphasis on prophecy.

The charity's objectives and activities are to undertake, manage and promote research, education, training and implementation of research based practice relating to clinical conditions involving or relating to lymphoedema and other similar acute or chronic conditions in community or hospital settings and other matters relating to health.

To provide the local area with the opportunity to worship and to present the Christian faith to the wider community.
