Every year Muktangan trains more than 250 local members of the community as school teachers and provides high quality child-centred English medium education to more than 2000 children in Mumbai. This is done through the use of a Mobile Diabetes Unit (MDU) which offers free diabetes risk assessments to the general public. The MDUs travel out into the community, to places of work, worship, community events, High Street and retail parks testing the public for free for diabetes and offering lifestyle advice.

Also the distribution of Christian literature and the financial support of Children's Homes in India, Burma, Nepal Thailand and Honduras, on a regular monthly basis.
