The UK Kartika Foundation is a charity to help improve the education and health of Indonesian children, by providing health centres and schools. 163,000 Indonesian children will die before they reach their fifth birthday, often from easily preventable diseases. Meanwhile the poor quality of education in Indonesia has resulted in over 1,000,000 children dropping out of junior school.

The Trust supports activities that could directly contribute towards the conservation of biodiversity in the areas in which Operation Wallacea work. In the last year the Trust have funded a Postdoc to complete an application for the Cusuco National Park and surrounding areas to be funded under the Natural Forest Standard scheme. The International Society for Biomolecular Archaeology (ISBA) is an international community of researchers working on degraded biological remains from a range of archaeological and paleontological contexts. The Jack Price Project operates in Bali, Indonesia for children disadvantaged by health or poverty, to provide access to sports & leisure activities and facilities such as yoga, basketball, soccer, swimming and hydrotherapy. The Foundation for Mother and Child Health (FMCH) is a group of three sister organisations working to improve the lives of mothers, fathers and children in local communities in India, Indonesia and the UK, by providing programmes focused on health, nutrition, education, and sustainable skills training.
