Fundraising for Branch charitable activities on Anglesey.

To support the work of the Museum and Art Gallery through fund-raising to assist the conservation of the collections and the cost of exhibitions, and the organising of public lectures to broaden the educational outreach of the Museum and Art Gallery.

To advance the education of the public in general and particularly, amongst professional and amateur historians, architects and archaeologists and local communities on the subject of pre-1750 buildings in North Wales, where possible using dendrochronology (tree ring dating); and to promote research into the history of such buildings by volunteers and specialists; and to publish the results.

As Scouts, we believe in preparing young people with skills for life. we encourage our young people to do more, learn more and be more. Each week, the 1st Llangefni Scout Group gives young people of Llangefni the opportunity to enjoy fun and adventure while developing the skills they need to succeed.

To advance education by the provision of a dedicated creative centre for interdisciplinary, dramatic, performing, visual and digital arts; and to promote and develop community arts initiatives and projects. To work with the communities of Llanberis and the surrounding area.To provide opportunities through the mediums of Welsh and English; To provide a versatile and well equipped performance space.

TO PROVIDE HOUSING ACCOMODATION FOR THOSE IN NEED MAINLY FOR THOSE LIVING IN THE AREAS OF PENMYNYDD, PENTRAETH, LLANDDYFNAN AND LLANFIHANGEL ESGEIFIOG, ANGLESEY.

The Chwaen Goch Turbine Fund the chance to secure funding for local projects forcommunity organisations (priority given to projects within a 5-mile radius of LL71 7BP).

Gives support principally to Christian projects. Helps to fund applicant's religious and social education. Sanctions welfare grants to poverty-bound persons individually or in support of other agencies.

Fund raising with coffee evenings and concerts

This charity is set up to provide amenities and equipment for the benefit of patients, staff and relatives of patients where such amenities and equipment are not provided for under NHS budgets.

Girl Guiding Holyhead continues to work with young girls within the guiding movement.

Treborth Riding for the disabled Association provides disabled people, through riding, the opportunity to benefit their health, well being, self confidence, mobility and coordination". To do this, we use our own specialist equipment and the excellent facilities and horses of Snowdonia Riding Stables .

Working with NGO's , Zoos, Educational facilities and Governments to assist in conservation practices for wildlife and indigenous people and their natural habitats, raises funds and awareness for insitu organisations to facilitate their work in Sumatra for the re introduction to the wild of Orang-utans and insitu educational programmes , developing a wildlife sanctuary in Wales and rewilding .

We are a social club for adults with special needs and learning difficulties. Our club meets once a week on saturday mornings. We take part in arts & crafts, juggling, games, sports, we go to shows and go for days out.

PROVIDING ASSISTANCE FOR ANY SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL, TRAINING, OR SPORTING NEEDS FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LLANFAES, PARTICULARLY THE CHILDREN. STRONG LINKS WITH LOCAL SCHOOLS.

Weekly 1 day meetings 10.30-3.30 to provide physical & emotional support for cancer sufferers & those in remission. Therapy is provided, meals, discussion groups, visiting speakers. Opportunity to develop new skills & hobbies. Excursions 2-3 times per year. Transport provided for hospital appointments.
