The church holds public services of Christian Worship on Sundays and weekly house groups. There are activities for babies, toddlers and children, and young people, plus a regular activity 'Messy Church' for the whole family. Premises are used by community groups.

A SANCTUARY FOR OUR RESIDENT DOMESTIC AND FERAL CATS (WHICH ARE UNSUITABLE FOR REHOMING), FOR THE REST OF THEIR NATURAL LIVES.HELPING TO CONTROL THE FERAL CAT POPULATION BY NEUTERING AND ALSO PROVIDING VETERINARY TREATMENT.HELPING WITH THE NEUTERING OF DOMESTIC PET CATS, WHERE NO OTHER SUCH HELP IS AVAILABLE.EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE KEEPING OF DOMESTIC CATS.

TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE & THEIR FAMILIES IIN HAMPSHIRE INCLUDING PORTSMOUTH & SOUTHAMPTON PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO ARE AT RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER VOLUNTEERS & ORGANISATIONS THROUGH PLAY, SOCIAL, WORK & TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION & TRAINING, PROTECT HEALTH, RELIEVE POVERTY, SICKNESS & DISTRESS.

Revive Newport is a product of Churches working together in the town of Newport, Isle of Wight. We support local young people, and seek to tackle antisocial behaviour. We do this through our projects, Newport Youth Cafe, Detached youth work and a GCSE support group. We provide young people a safe place to be themselves, socialise, and aim to help them with whatever they are going through.

To uphold the traditions of the Regiment and perpetuate its deeds. The Museum provides high quality exhibitions and research services to the general public and the Army.

The Apex Church is a christian charity promoting faith and belief through local meeting and activities. It also supports individuals and groups to be involved in local and overseas aid projects.

The charity holds investments and uses the income to support retired priests

Provision of facilities for boys, girls, men and women to practice and play competitive and friendly cricket. Maintenance and upkeep of a cricket ground to a high standard with good pitches and a smooth outfield. Maintenance and organisation of an indoor cricket school for practice and training.

To offer a context in which members (partners and carers) can expect friendship, compassion, practical and emotional support on either a one to one or a group basis. In addition the Group will take opportunities to raise awareness of prostate cancer.

First Act 2011 aims to inspire people with learning difficulties to achieve their artistic ambitions through the use of Drama and other Performing Arts. This is facilitated through group instruction, practice and teaching skills associated with the Performing Arts, culminating in productions to live Theatre audiences.

In Focus provides photography and related visual arts based education that leads to improved wellbeing, pro-social identities, transferable skills and qualifications. Service users are often young people who have faced challenging situations in their lives so far and may not be accessing other forms of training and development.

Daisy Chains IW supports Isle of Wight children and their families when a child has been diagnosed with a life limiting illness, long term health problem or disability this includes premature babies who need to travel to mainland hospitals for treatment/care or therapy, we also help with any costs associated with the treatment/illness/disability and also pay for any equipment or family support.

The CIO exists to promote the education of the public in the history of Carisbrooke Castle and the Isle of Wight by the provision of a museum for the maintenance and public exhibition of a collection of objects, artefacts, specimens, books and documents and pictures and the extension, enhancement, conservation and maintenance of the collection.

Walks, talks, 'Adopt a Red Squirrel'. General education about red squirrels, their habitat and the animals they co-exist with.

Rescue, rehabilitate, rehoming centre for cats & kittens domestic & feral. To deal with feral colonies on the Isle of Wight. Provide neutering/spaying scheme for low income families helping to promote more responsible pet ownership.

The Charity is a Baptist Church whose George Street Centre is used by the wider community of Ryde. In addition to regular worship and church activities, our rooms are used by a number of organisations such as IOW Bridge Club, Art Classes, etc. Street Pastors have a base at our premises. We host a Girls' Brigade company. Our rooms are well-used by the local community.

To preserve for the benefit of the people of Shanklin and the whole of the Isle of Wight, and of the Nation, the historical building known as Shanklin Theatre and any other buildings or artefacts that define the character of the area (including any structure or erection, and any part of a building as so defined) of particular beauty or historical, architectural or constructional interest.

RELIGIOUS ACTIVITIES

The Wight Brainy Bunch operate on the isle of wight, serving isle of wight residents only, we raise funds by holding various ticketed events, also attends local events with our charity stand to promote ourselves, whilst also receiving donations. We help Isle of Wights residents (only) effected by Brain tumours, we are able to assist them financially, or covering costs of equipment, and or therapy.
