Making grants to other registered charities and good causes on the decisions of the Trustees

This Trust can make grants to boys and girls born in Kensington and Chelsea whose parents or either of them have been resident in the Borough for not less than 10 years prior to the application for assistance and who, in the opinion of the Trustees, are in need of financial assistance.

The principal activities of the charity during the year were to advance the Christian faith, to relief sickness and financial hardship through the provision of funds, goods and services including counselling in the United kingdom and the rest of the world.This is done by sharing tracks, reaching homeless, communities and preaching the gospel of Christ and inviting them to fellowship with us.

Opera Integra provides performing experience to amateur and aspiring professional singers. It caters for those who want the challenges of operatic roles and for those who enjoy the challenge of opera choruses. Performances are staged and normally sung in English to facilitate the enjoyment of opera by the general public. Concerts of operatic excerpts in the original language are also arranged.

For poor of the parish of Kensington

The charity fund provides additional activites for children and families beyond the remit of the Local Authority and which children and families may not otherwise be able to access, such as; visiting farm animals, parenting workshops, healthy living advice, cookery sessions for adults and children, gardening sessions with the opportunity to grow your own food and expeditions to local attractions.

Golborne Mosque Trust carries out a range of activities for its members and local community. The main activities are: prayer services; the trust runs five daily prayers and Jummah prayers throughout the year.Ramadan: facilitating congregational prayer services and free daily iftar.Social gathering for events such as Eid celebrations, funeral prayers/memorial and spiritual counselling.

We run a small community centre and represent the interest of local people to statutory and other authorities.

League for the period of 1.1.09 to 31.12.09, funded 48 concerts in the homes, give a Capita Grant of -ú25, so every resident received a Christmas present/party. In addition, in line with the Charity Commissions thought, we had a surplus of -ú3000 which we divided equally between the two trusts to re-fund, resulting in a wide variety of objects purchased for the benefit of the resident.

The objects of the church are to worship together and to maintain a faithful witness to the truth of the word of God.

Goals4Giving organise and deliver sports & community outreach projects for schools and community groups in the UK. The charity's other purpose is delivering football and multi-sport clinics in schools in developing countries (mainly within Africa & Asia). We aim to create long term partnerships with schools that enable us to provide structured sports sessions to children in developing countries.

Supporting the Arts

To advance the Christian religion by the restoration, preservation, repair, maintenance, improvement and beautification of St Mary Abbots Church, kensington, in the Diocese of London and of the monuments, fittings fixtures, ornaments and chattels in the Church and the Churchyard belonging to the Church

To promote music and the arts in the local community by providing a platform for young musicians and artists to perform and display their talents to the local public.

SVP recruits volunteers who are either native English speaking graduates or experienced teachers to teach English language and culture in Sudan

The principal activity is Karate and fitness including bike riding and football activities to raise awareness of keeping a healthy living lifestyle by doing regular sporting activities. These activities were not sponsored. Trustees managed to give some contribution toward the realisation of the project. The attendance was great over 110 kids to place and directly benefited from this project.

In accordance with the Settlor's wishes the Trustees have adopted a programme of distribution in certain limited fields for the foreseeable future to which the current undistributed balances in the trust are now provisionally earmarked.
