It has sixty acres and will share the farm to provide vital access to open space for those in the community whose well-being would benefit most while also ensuring the habitat is protected and enhanced.

The charity's activities include regular public worship, prayer, Bible study, preaching and teaching, baptism and communion, evangelism and mission, family and youth work, Christian discipleship, education and training for Christian and community service, the giving and promotion of pastoral care, and the support and encouragement of charitable social action in the United Kingdom and overseas.

Holy Trinity PCC is resposible for promoting the mission of the Church of England in the parish of Holy Trinity. Activities are: Regular worship open to all.
