Disability Assist for Independent Living provides and promotes enabling independent living services to disabled people in Kent and Medway. It offers advocacy, peer support, advice, information and a range of support and assistance services which facilitate their independence as full and equal citizens in all aspects of life and the wider community.

The Silverlining Charity activities are centered around our members and their needs/aspirations. We have created the STAR (Structured Therapeutic Activity for Rehabilitation) programme. This is a free weekly schedule of online activities, sessions and courses that run term times through the year. Jigsaw (South East) provides services and support to children and young people who are preparing for the loss of a family member and those who have been bereaved of a family member. We operate this service in Surrey, West Sussex and surrounding areas. We can provide 1:1 support, family groups and advice to professional in health and education.We also provide training to professionals.

We provide events, sessions, and support for families of children with Autism, additional needs, learning difficulties, and disabilities. Early Years Education

Home-Start Medway offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children. We recruit and train volunteers, who are usually parents themselves, to home-visit families who have at least one child under five. Our volunteers offer parents informal, friendly and confidential support. Home-Start Medway supports parents in order to help give children the best possible start in life.

We are a community pre school providing a safe supportive and stimulating environment for children aged 2-5 years. Places are open primarily to children living on Kingshill/Kingshill parish however remaining places will be available to children from surrounding areas.

Brighton Permaculture Trust:- runs 40 courses a year in permaculture, fruit growing, horticulture, sustainable design and building- runs community events celebrating the seasons - plants traditional orchards for communities and schools- manages 4 organic orchards in Brighton- provides volunteering opportunities for over 350 volunteers

This is a church that conduct Sunday services, run various activities in the week to support the community- through Small Groups, Lunch clubs, Railway club, Children activities , Conduct Weddings, Funerals and Baptisms.
