Treetops Pre-School is a small sessional care setting. We provide early years care and education for children. Our latest Ofsted report had an overall outcome of Good.

We run drama groups, singing and music projects, a professional Theatre Company, accessible film club and other creative activities for children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and autism in Kent & Medway. We celebrate difference, challenge perceptions and support people to shine in their own way. We nurture friendships, develop confidence, advance skills and improve wellbeing.

The bureau provides an independant and confidential information, advice and support service to citizens of all ages and backgrounds on a wide range of issues ranging from debt, benefits, employment, consumer, relationships, legal, housing and many others. We help citizens deal with their problems by providing information that enables them to make the right decisions for themselves.

To promote, maintain, improve and advance education by the encouraement of the arts, including the arts of drama, mime, dance, singing and music, and all other arts relating to the performance and presentation thereof and to formulate, prepare and establish schemes therefor, provided that all objects of the company shall be of a charitable nature.

The Church holds Christian worship services every Sunday that are open to the public. Its other activities include Bible studies; prayer groups; youth groups; marriage and parenting classes; and making donations to Christian faith-related causes or aid charities. The Church has a market stall in Bromley town centre which provides Christian literature about the Church and Christianity in general.

USER-LED DAY SERVICE FOR ADULTS WITH PHYSICAL AND SENSORY DISABILITIES

The Freedom Centre is established to relieve persons with physical disabilities, primarily in the Isle of Sheppey and Sittingbourne in Kent, in particular by the provisioon of facilities for the education, training, recreation and treatment of such persons.,

Refocus delivers early intervention activities, for low income families, prevention and reducing offending services for vulnerable children and young people aged 6 to 25 yrs old, across the South East. We support those on the verge of exclusion, at risk of exclusion, NEET, crime, drugs,involved in gangs through mentoring, workshops, prison visits, led by trained workers with lived experience.

Whitstable Community Centre exists to facilitate all such activities and voluntary services as together provide a Centre for the whole community.

To provide support for the relief of the mental and physical distress of people who have experienced sexual abuse and to provide the advancement of education of the public in the nature of sexual abuse and its effect on those who have been subject to it. These services are mainly provided through therapeutic counselling,training and advocacy and collaborative work with relevant other agencies.

Provision of sheltered housing for the elderly

We are a community library in the heart of Blackfen High Street and our vision is to have an "open door" for our community and be a home away from home that provides opportunities to access a great world of books in a comforting "third space". Our library space caters for individual population groups needing a place to belong plus a way to bring together different groups in our community.

Provides sessional pre-school education for children aged 2.5 years to 5 years.

Management of a community hub, incorporating an arts cafe, allotment, outdoor woodland space and nursery. A range of activities, courses and events run at the centre with many work experience and volunteering opportunities. Many courses are offered developing creative and practical skills.

Shepway CAB aims to provide free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information for the local community, influence on development of social policies and ensure individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge or inability to express their needs properly. In addition to general advice specialist advice is provided for welfare benefit, debt provision and housing possession.

Be Me Project provides support for a wide spectrum of people ranging from young people in secondary school to younger women within our communities. It delivers courses and one to one sessions that encourage positive mental wellbeing, confident mind-sets, inspiring people to be uniquely themselves and raising levels of self esteem and resilience.
