The objects of the Charity are, for the public benefit, to preserve and protect good health and to advance education, in particular but not exclusively, by providing information, education, services, advocacy and resources relating to safe sexual and reproductive health, primarily for those facing the greatest disadvantage.

Christian fellowship, worship, biblical preaching and teaching, prayer and pastoral care. Children and youth: meetings, activity clubs and summer camps. Outreach to local community: mothers and toddlers playgroup, services for the elderly and newspaper evangelism. Missionary - Kenya Bible School. We connect with and support other Christian missions globally.

We provide education, training and support for those working with and caring for children with developmental disabilities such as cerebral palsy, autism and global learning disabilities to ensure they receive sustainable and inclusive support. Our mission is to improve the life expectancy and quality of life of individuals born with disabilities, and the quality of life of their families.

The objectives of the charity are to promote sustainable development for the benefit of the public. The charity seeks to meet its objects by pro-actively seeking out projects, whether in the UK or overseas, which are aligned with these objectives, and which they judge to be worthy of financial support. Such support may be in the form of grants, loans or investment.

The advancement of religion of Islam for public benefit and the prevention or relief of poverty for public benefit by providing grants , goods and services to individuals in need and to other charities or organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.

The promotion and provision for the advancement of education in primary schools in Kenya in particular by supporting the development of schools in the Kasigau region.

Information Network Focus on Religious Movements (Inform) advances public knowledge and understanding by the promotion of study and research into religions and those movements commonly known as new religious movements concerned with the exploration of spiritual life or philosophies. Inform disseminates useful results of such study and research to the public.

The charity works with street children, orphans and disadvantaged children, aiding their rehabilitation, providing them where possible with a home, education, medical aid and love and where appropriate combatting the root issues behind the problems. The charity also assists Widows who can not afford to otherwise care for their children.

The promotion of the Christian Faith through the enabling of Christian discipleship and evangelism.The practical and effective relief of poverty and suffering, particularly but not exclusively in Africa.

The Trustees maintain regular correspondence with those Pastors and Workers that the Charity supports, and send financial support on both a regular and occasional basis to them and /or their associated ministry organizations.

IAHV promotes it's charitable objectives through the encouragement of Human Values. It works with all races, creeds, ages, backgrounds on educational projects to empower individuals to overcome personal limitations and difficulty to work together for the wellbeing and betterment of themselves and society with diverse projects eg in prisons, disaster relief, poor '3rd world' environments etc

Fahamu strengthens and nurtures the movement for social justice in Africa

The purpose of CHinK (Children in Kenya) is to provide and run a school in Mtwapa, Mombasa. The aim of CHinK and its school is to educate and care for over 200 very poor and needy children from the age of 3. Many of the children are from destitute families hit particularly hard by the world-wide economic crisis; some are orphaned.

The charity awards secondary school scholarships to bright but disadvantaged children living in the Rift Valley and Central Provinces of Kenya. Those scholars who do well enough at secondary school are then supported through further education. The charity also funds a lunch programme for two primary schools and provides resources to other linked schools in the most deprived areas near Langalanga.

British Scouting Overseas is part of The Scout Association of the United Kingdom and supports Groups running the UK Scout programme in many throughout the world. This is support is provided through a network of Districts (covering defined areas of the world) and a system of learning and development for adult volunteers.

To relieve poverty and advance the Christian religion amongst the people of East Africa particularly, though not exclusively, through the provision of churches, child rescue homes, medical centres and schools, and through the translation and distribution of Christian literature.

Raise funds to support our partner charity in Kenya whose main activity is rescuing abandoned babies. They are cared for at four centres in Kenya and wherever possible placed in loving adoptive families. Children not adopted are cared for in family homes including one for those with special needs. We also support learning centres and feeding programmes in rural areas.

General charitable purposes

We offer wellbeing support groups and activities with the aim of providing all people with a foundation of good health especially as it relates to emotional and mental wellbeing. Our focus is on creating community and empowering and teaching people how to have impactful and meaningful connections as a precursor to good health. We make awards and grants to individuals and organisations.

To provide for the advancement of education or the relief of poverty among persons employed or formerly employed in commerce or husbands, wives, widows, widowers or issue of such persons.

The charity's main project is to deliver a learning and development programme for church leaders called Reconciling Mission. The purpose of the Reconciling Mission programme is to equip and resource participants for envisioning and emboldening Anglican Christians and their churches to engage more deeply with their neighbours, and to contribute to reconciliation across inequalities in society.

Supporting the BUILD training initiative. (BUILD stands for 'Biblical Understanding for In-service Leadership Development'). BUILD is a locally grown grassroots church leadership training initiative of the Anglican Church of Uganda, which has spread to neighbouring Anglican provinces, including Kenya and Tanzania. We encourage that growth and development with small grants, expertise, and visits.
