We plant forests around impoverished communities, encouraging the people who plant them to be true guardians of their woodland. We build classrooms in schools that have inadequate or non-existent places to study creating better environments to learn. We raise awareness about global environmental issues and sustainable living practices that benefit the entire planet through film showings and talks.

Fundraising and donations raised for a school in Freretown, Mombasa, Kenya. Primarily for education, feeding and medical care for the pupils at Unity school in Freretown.

Reaching out to the world's poorest.

We raise funds in the UK to support partners in the development and delivery of palliative care in Kenya. We work closely with the Kenya Hospice and Palliative Care Association and local organisatioins. Due dilligence and monitoring is carried out on all grants. Recent grant funding has been for children's palliaive care projects, gender disparity projects, home care, training & morphine.

Fiftyfour Two Foundation's has a policy of making grants and/or providing or funding consultancy services that will help prevent or relieve poverty, advance the Christian faith and/or advance the effectiveness and efficiency of Charities.

The Charity operates throughout England and Wales, India, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Activities include: Cancer Research, British Hear Foundation, National Autistics Society, The Stroke association and various other charities.

1) Aid delivery to children & families living on/around land-fill sites/rubbish dumps, surviving from scavenging. 2) Set up, management, funding & delivery of sustainable projects for the aforementioned beneficiaries including: Outreach, medical & nursery projects, WASH, day-care/education centres, mother & baby units. Delivery of aid & projects in last 12 months: Kenya and Uganda.

MissionAssist comprises a huge network of dedicated volunteers, throughout the UK and elsewhere, helping overseas mission workers advance the good news about Jesus Christ, and making scripture accessible wherever they are in the world. Working in their own homes, our volunteers provide many practical, academic, and administrative services, at no cost to the mission worker.

We aim to promote education and help eradicate poverty by providing grants to support, nurture and mentor young people in Eldoret, Kenya, who find themselves in situations that result in a lack of parental guidance and consequent emotional and financial support. Such grants enable access to high school education, attainment of formal qualifications and enhancement of employment prospects.

Mainly, to enhance the effectiveness and integrity of Christian leaders worldwide by providing leadership development courses, management consulting and mentoring relationships.

Grace Church offers a Christian service to a congregation of some 100 persons including worship, teaching and preaching. It offers a considerable service to youth in the community. Overseas ministry to Kenya, Burkina Faso, Budapeste and Ukraine including help to orphanages. India added this year

Operation Imprezza raises money from donors and fund raising activities to support the establishment of an All-age Academy in Western Province, Kenya which provides education to those who would not otherwise be able to go to school. The students include HIV/AIDS victims and orphans. Girls are given equal access and the school accepts students from all religious and ethnic groups.

Providing grants and loans to organisations in the UK and overseas to be used for purposes which are charitable according to the law of England and Wales.

Abercrombie & Kent Philanthropy is deeply committed to worldwide conservation and working together with regional non-governmental organisations and local people to inspire and develop sound community conservation and health practices.

The goal of Hope for the Nations is to raise funds and awareness and distribute money in the form of grants, equipment and social investments to those working with orphans, widows, the vulnerable and schools in areas of extreme poverty.

RRF Harrow continues to fulfil its primary goal to advance the Christian Faith by propagating the Gospel through local church meetings and Evangelistic Outreach Conferences and Seminars. We help families in distress, fund children's educational and recreational days out, supported other charities by donations, and continue to support new school structures in Nigeria and Kenya.

Medaid UK helped build 100 bed rural hospital in Adwir, Alebtong District and 30 beds Maternity Unit at Alemere Medical Aid Uganda Community Health Centre in Northern Uganda. Working in partnership with partners in Uganda, DRC, Namibia, Ivory Coast, South Africa and Cameroon to save and transform lives of local communities by providing OPHTASCAN an AI cancer and diabetes type 2 screening tool.

The Friends of Julius and Dora Children's Centre generates funds and provides support for the Julius and Dora Children's Centre at Maseno, Kenya. The J&D Children's Centre started operations as a registered NGO in Kenya in April 2008 providing a home for orphaned and abandoned children, including food, education and care, and offering them dignity and hope for a sustainable future.

CAC, winners of 26 global awards, provide year-round Process Consultancy to governments, foundations, corporations, and community-based organisations on creating Education Outside the Classroom Legacies based on the UN SDGs. We Design, Develop, and Implement pathways for social change utilizing our 28 year-round strategic resources with partners in 56 countries which impact over 16 million youth.
