Working with our sister charity in Kenya to provide support to poverty stricken regions, including low income families, orphanages, the elderly, and single mothers. Our focus areas in terms of the support we provide are in Food, Education, Water, and Housing.

Relief of poverty and advancement of education for children worldwide and particularly in Kenya

The ultimate aim of ISGEO is to reduce eye disease, prevent blindness and preserve sight and increase visual rehabilitation globally, through promoting epidemiological, operational and health systems research and dissemination of the findings. ISGEO organises conferences where researchers can meet and exchange findings and ideas. ISGEO also awards small research grants, funds permitting.

To improve the lifechances of the community of Mwamanga Village, near Ukunda, Kenya, including providing access to healthcare for children, birth control for women and sponsoring children to attend school.

To further any charitable purpose for the public benefit of women and others worldwide who are in need, in particular by their advancement of their health and the saving of their lives by supporting the promotion of good health and providing benefit for the relief of their sickness, disease or human suffering.

We provide free EEG equipment, local staff training and remote EEG interpretation (TeleEEG) for epilepsy clinics in the developing world.

The charity promotes integrated rural development in developing countries - in particular to harness innovative technologies (such as off-grid sustainable energy and ICT) to act as catalysts to create local services and productive uses that generate sustainable social and economic impacts for local communities.

To further the education and training of children, assist in relief of poverty, provide overseas aid relief and assist in promoting the hindu religion.

The charity supports a small rural school in Kenya, the Kambe Timboni Community School. The charity raises funds and invests these funds in helping the school infrastructure to develop and also supporting teaching.

Grants have been made towards employment of teaching staff by the local communities and for the puchase of materials and equipment for feeding programmes to help develop self sufficiency. Grants have been made towards connection of electricity and water to schools.

Provision of support to the Christian church primarily but not exclusively in Zambia and Kenya. Support is in the form of leadership training and development, with the aim of nurturing strong, healthy local churches that have the capacity to transform their local communities. We also provide practical assistance to those in Church leadership and ministry to empower their work.

The trust's main activity is to make awards to secondary school students, especially girls, resident in or from Kuria District in Kenya to help with the payment of school fees. Some awards are also made to University level students.

Encouraging and supporting rural and urban regeneration and alleviation of poverty in Africa, in particular Sierra Leone by promoting sustainable development. Activities include: setting up ecotourism projects, establishing new livelihoods, promoting basic infrastructure (water, sanitation and health), supporting schools, raising communities self-esteem and promoting renewable energy.

We have built a primary school in Kikambala in Kenya to give free education to destitute children.We have had a well dug and toilet block with septic tanks for the school and staff.6 classrooms are now built and open with 380 poor children in free education.We are giving employment to 12 local teachers, local builders/ electricians and plumbers, caretaker/ gardener and night watchman.

A self help group assisting countries developing their services appropriate to local needs for people with cerebral palsy. ICPS also acts as a resource centre providing information on CP to anybody worldwide with an interest.

The trust funds the work of Emmanuel Home (formerly Kanyawegi Children's Home) in the Kisumu area of Kenya and supports the children and young people in education up to and beyond secondary level.

STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE (IROVO) aims to support the advancement of education in the village of Irovo (Shinyalu), Kakamega County, Kenya by providing and assisting in the provision of a school, facilities for education at the school, scholarships for children unable to afford school fees, teacher training and salaries and by such other means as the Trustees may determine.
