We focus on important issues affecting social and medical care needs whilst promoting community adhesion. We support projects and schemes that improve health, education and well being. We also try to increase understanding of the health & education trends of our community.

LITE Ltd is a specialist apprenticeship training provider in the animal care sector. We train young people and adults aspiring to careers in veterinary nursing animal care.

Providing the community of Halewood with the opportunity to learn about Christian faith and practice through the provision of public Bible teaching in meetings of Grace Church,in small groups in local homes, and age-relevant meetings in homes and local publicly available buildings.Providing other activities of benefit to the community in Halewood, and meeting other needs locally,and elsewhere.

PRINCIPLESDar al Zahra (Liverpool) is community charitable organisation that is run by women and serves women in Liverpool, UK and beyond. Our main target audience is young women between the ages of 14-18 years old.

We work with parents and other adults who have suffered the traumatising effects of war, torture and displacement. Through our work with refugees and people seeking asylum, we seek to improve their life chances and their mental health and wellbeing. We provide therapy, often with horticulture. We also offer practical support with benefits, education and housing matters.

DEAF ACTIVE EXISTS TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE THE LIVES OF DEAF AND HEARING CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS IN MERSEYSIDE. WE PROVIDE AWARENESS RAISING SESSIONS, SIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING, INLUSIVE PLAY PROVISION, AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS, YOUTH CLUBS, RESIDENTIAL BREAKS AND YOUTH EXCHANGES. WE PROVIDE FITNESS AND WELLBEING CLASSES, PERSONAL TRAINERS AND TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES TO DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE.

Provides building and facilities to support front line voluntary organizations in the delivery of their services. Provides building and facilities to support small community groups to become established and develop.

The charity awards grants to those organisations in the North West of England who the late Doreen Greenlees wished to benefit via the trust contained in her will. This includes organisations committed to the welfare of animals, the maintenance of the fabric of and structural alterations and additions to buildings used for Christian worship and alleviating poverty through Christian social welfare.

Our services help to keep Chinese Elders in independent living as long as possible. We provide Domiciliary Care and Respite Services , Personal Wellbeing Services, a pre and post diagnostic dementia support service. Our Evergreen Club provides health talks including Covid related and various activities which reduce social isolation, loneliness and help to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

Halewood Youth In Community Centre is a charitable organisation that has existed in the heart of its local community since the mid 1960's directly working with children, young people and their parents through the offer of a range of different daily and evening time services that include; pre-school breakfast clubs, after school clubs, evening time youth sessions, and full-time holiday playschemes.

Providing training and educational resources for young people and people from disadvantaged groups.

Maintain the interests of the regiment and antecedent regiments by providing welfare and benevolence support to serving and retired members of the regiment.

Acting as a resource for young people up to the age of 25 living in Huyton and the surrounding areas by providing advice and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities as a means of advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capacities and capabilities.

The Greenhouse Project exists to enable children, young people, their families and communities to access opportunities that support their creative development, understanding and celebration of diversity. It delivers a programme of media, performance and visual arts workshops, activities and events, educational outreach, Early Years Education and a Play Days Out of School hours initiative.

To support the community of Swanside in developing social interaction, play, learning and physical activity. To provide a meeting place for the development of ideas that improve the community of Swanside. To create long term sustainable support for the community of Swanside.

Rescue Me Animal Sanctuary continues to face increasing workloads due to the cruelty and abandonment of animals within Merseyside and the surrounding areas. The overall vision of RMAS is to grow and develop, to ensure that it is effective and fit for purpose to meet the increasing demand and promote education and animal welfare to the general public.

Merseyside Jewish Community Care aims to provide a comprehensive welfare service for Jewish individuals and families in Merseyside, and organisations and professionals who interact with the Community.

To advance, in a manner which the trustees see fit, the charitable objects of The National Museums and Galleries on Merseyside (NMGM), and to advance the education of the public throughout the world in any manner conducive to, and compatible with the charitable objects of NMGM, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, in particular by widening participation in charitable education.
