We are an independent charity that provides advice on a wide range of issues important to the community. We provide a completely free, independent and confidential service and ensure that everyone is treated impartially. We work hard to ensure that our help is available to those who need it across the full range of legal issues.

Wigan Family Welfare offer advocacy and counselling to both adults and children. It provides mental health advocacy, independent mental health advocacy, children's advocacy and supports a self advocacy group for people with Learning Disabilities . The counselling it provides is in a variety of settings from certain Secondary Schools to Sure Start Children's Centres.

Our vision is that everyone will be able to access free advice to find a way forward.Our charitable mission is to provide advice that helps people overcome their problems andcome together to campaign on big issues when their voices need to be heard.

IMO undertakes a range of activities which are designed to enhance the capabilities of young people and their life chances, along with services to help improve the quality of life of adults in the community. These include positive mentoring through sports and recreation; health awareness; community safety; employability; self-esteem; responsible citizenship and cohesion; education and training.

Helps member churches to support and care for their missionaries worldwide. Coordinates a Radio ministry. Promotes work among supporting churches. Advises churches of needs and opportunities for mission workers

We aim to connect people and grow communities. We do this by action - encouraging communities to take control;support - helping the most vulnerable within our community (e.g. ex-offenders, homeless, people in recovery, people with physical or mental health conditions, etc.);resource - helping groups with governance, funding, etc.volunteer - promoting and using volunteers to initiate change

Provision of services including Family Support and Forest Schools to promote the physical, emotional, intellectual and social development of children and young people, especially those who are disadvantagedPromoting healthy eating and healthy lifestyles through encouragement of food growing and provision of family cooking activities.

Place of Religious Worship

Provision of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupation of the inhabitants of the Ribble Valley district and in particular buildings to be used for the purpose of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities are primarily intended who by reason of their youth and/or socialor economic circumstances are in need of such facilities.

Creativity Works Preston provides alternative education to marginalised people who need to learn in a different way to the traditional education system.The crux of the learning environment and pedagogy is learning through doing. We do this by providing an inclusive, professional and supportive learning environment for individuals irrespective of their circumstances or background.

TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND PARTICULARLY THE PUPILS AT SEDBERGH SCHOOL ("THE SCHOOL")

Whilst each of the constituent funds has its separate purpose, the main charitable activities are contributing to hospital capital expenditure to improve equipment in the patient environment, expenditure in providing improvements to the patient experience through additional comforts and amenities, and staff related expenditure on training and developments and improving staff amenities.

The principal activities of the charity are the provision of assistance for youth and community work and the support of education. These activities are conducted through the medium of youth and community clubs run by the charity, by the giving of donations or by the provision of services to other charities with similar objectives and by engaging with specialist suppliers to deliver on our behalf

THE CHARITY UNDERPINS THE WORK OF THE NHS ON THE FYLDE COAST TO IMPROVE HOSPITALS AND HEALTHCARE

To support high quality patient care, focusing on areas not fully supported by exchequer funds such as improvements to the Hospital environment and better facilities. As a large teaching hospital, the Trust also has links with the local universities, and another important aim of the charity is providing financial aid to support and encourage our clinicians in new research projects.

We provide residential care for people age 18-65 with disabilities who require 24 hour support. This is suitable for people who no longer can live on their own or in supported living, or for people who have been supported by their carer and it has become too difficult for them to continue caring for them. we also offer day care and respite care.

CarePoint Housing, specialises in supported and accommodation services for families, single, vulnerable men and women, particularly rough sleepers, victims of domestic violence, ex-offenders and those suffering substance misuse and mental health problems.

The Objects of the CIO are to help young people through School and leisure based activities to develop their capabilities so that they may grow to become mature, responsible individuals and members of society who recognise the importance of physical activity
