Care and rehabilitation of offenders

Voluntary Action Leeds is the Council for Voluntary Service in Leeds. For 60 years we have been providing innovative and direct support, services and specialist advice to hundreds of voluntary and community groups, enabling them to carry out their work across Leeds

We provide out of hours services to people in acute mental health crisis which are an alternative to statutory services.

The objects of the school as detailed in the Memorandum of Association are to promote and provide for the advancement of education and in connection therewith conduct, carry on, acquire and develop in the UK any boarding or day school or schools for the education of children of either sexes or both sexes.

The charity currently delivers activities within seven strands of work. These are;Older Peoples Project, Youth Project, Health & Physical, Health Promotion / Education, Project, Training Project and a Community Cohesion Project

The charity owns and runs two Approved Premises (hostels) for the reception of offenders who have been placed there on Post Custody Licence or on probation by the courts, working in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Probation Service.

Future Horizons Ltd is a charity providing high quality day care for adults 19 years plus with complex special needs. The charity operates out of premises located in West Leeds and focuses on person centred education and social care leading to developing personal skills and independence.

Yorkshire Sport Foundation is a company which connects providers of sport and physical activity such as National Governing Bodies, Local Authorities, Schools, Colleges and universities and local clubs to work together to increase the number and quality of opportunities to take part across the South and West Yorkshire areas.

Activities range from conserving the environmental and heritage features making up the landscape to issues as diverse as countryside apprenticeships, supporting local communities, and encouraging sustainable development. Social exclusion, education, and engaging communities in nearby conurbations with the Dales have become a real focus.

Leeds Older Peoples' Forum promotes the health and wellbeing of older people in the Leeds area.

We are a Methodist Circuit created in 1/9/2015 covering 23 Methodist churches (including 5 local ecumenical partnerships) across the western half of the Leeds Metropolitan area.We aim to continue our life of witness in accordance with the Our Calling Priorities set out by the Methodist Church: Worship, Learning and Caring, Service, and Evangelism.

We represent 26,000 students to the University; the local community and nationally. We provide safe social and cultural spaces for our members by running venues and an events hall. Partner of Carer's Trust,Provide range of services for carers & people they look after, no age or type of illness or disability they have. Carers Trust MY works with 500 families who have caring responsibilities.Staff provides regular breaks to help carers & to give them peace of mind.
