we are a church involved in many programmes for the local community - with children and youth groups, and regular groups running activities for parents with small children and older people. we also have church members coming from many different cultural backgrounds and are recognised as a church promoting multicultural understanding.

The church is a centre for Christian Worship and service to the local, national and international community, we seek to serve the young, elderly and hanidicapped in our area and provide accommodation for local groups to meet and develop.

The charity (also known as Caribbean Court) provides services that enhance the health and wellbeing of those aged over 50, with particular emphasis on the African/Caribbean heritage community. The charity also promotes understanding of people from diverse backgrounds and different ages by organising cultural events. Our beneficiaries reside within the City of Leicester and surrounding districts.

To maintain the village hall to a high standard for the purpose of hire for the surrounding area.

Provision for Christian worship. A number of activities for members and the community. Community activities include: baby group, toddler group, family events, a wellbeing cafe, community cafe, summer holiday club and regular involvement in annual community events and with local schools.

The church is involved in the life of the surrounding area, as well as further afield, by opening its doors to anyone wishing to worship God and have fellowship with His people. We run clubs for children, teenagers and young adults. Serving all in need in our local community, we run the Loughborough Area Foodbank, a CAP debt centre, provide mental health and family support, plus other services.

Melton Mowbray Baptist Church serves the community of Melton Mowbray and local villages. Our usual weekly church calendar includes many regular events; this includes morning and evening worship every Sunday, children's groups, prayer and study groups and activities for the elderly. The church building also serves many community activities, e.g. support and interest groups and children's work.

To provide and manage Almshouses

The objects of the charity in the period under review are, in the interest of social welfare, to improve the conditions of the life of the inhabitants of the area by the provision and maintenance of a community hall and recreation ground.

A variety of events and activities for older people. Many other organisations use the facilities.Involvement with other Ashby churches, Ashby Youth for Christ, Christians Against Poverty, and Street Pastors.

Leicester Print Workshop is a centre for fine art printmaking with a regional remit. It offers an extensive education programme in schools, colleges, community groups and for artists and enthusiasts. The charity provides affordable facilities in its Leicester based studio and provides specialist technical support to users. It also runs an exhibitions programme within and outside the east Midlands

Sue Young Cancer Support in Leicestershire and Rutland provides practical and emotional support to anyone affected by a cancer diagnosis in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Our services are available to cancer patients, their families and carers. Our support can last for many weeks, months or even years - as long as it is needed by the individual.

To provide funds for young people under 25 years on proven application for further education of an academic or vocational nature. Limited to Wymondham and peripheral parishes.

Healing Little Hearts sends teams of Doctors and Nurses to a Hospital from all over the world to developing countries of the world to perform heart surgery and other types of paediatric surgery on children upto 18 years .The charity raises money here in the UK to fund the travel and stay of the teams.The team do not charge for their services. and all team members take annual leave for the trips

St Mary's provides a warm, welcoming and inclusive space for regular public worship, pastoral work, school collective worship and teaching Christianity alongside sacred space for personal prayer. Its community centre, St Francis,extends this care by hosting inclusive activities for senior citizens,parents,children and a variety of local groups,fostering connection and support across the community.

The trustees policy is to distribute the charitys income to such charitable purposes as they see fit particulary but not exclusively in Leicester and county smaller local charities are favoured rather than large national ones although local activities of these could be supported. Any grants for individuals are only made through refering agencies like social services, NHS trusts etc.
