MADMAC provides a free, confidential and impartial advice service for the people of Melton Mowbray and neighbouring districts concerning money and debt. It provides a personalised package of care until financial freedom is gained encouraging the reduction and occurrence of future debt problems.

We are an Ofsted registered Pre-School and provide care for children who are between the ages of 2-5 years.

These are along with the five times daily Salah with Jamat and Eidain Salah.

Turning Wheel Buddhist Temple is a Soto Zen temple in Leicester, East Midlands. Our tradition is based on the practice of serene reflection meditation (zazen).The temple offers a regular schedule of meditation, day retreats, festivals and other events, as well as individual guidance, for anyone who would like to learn about meditation or deepen and broaden their practice.

Provide, operate and maintain place of Hindu worship for people of Leicestershire. Provide and hold various religious and social activities appertaining to Hindu religion and culture. Provide premises for other activities e.g. language classes, sports clubs and health and fitness classes open to general public.

Recruits, supports and trains volunteers for voluntary and statutory organisations, in the South Charnwood Area. Runs Social Car Scheme,Wheelchair Hire, Minibus transport for vulnerable people and rurally isolated within the community - building community cohesion. Supports organisations using volunteers and supports self help groups set up by the Volunteer Centre benefiting the community.

We aim to benefit disabled people by promoting services that facilitate independence in daily living and full integration into society with active participation.Our work involves a variety of projects, training and provision of information.

The charity promotes social equality in Mowmacre and the surrounding area of Leicester through access to play. It creates challenging opportunities for adventurous play, based on consultation with local people and mentoring young people to be the best they can be.

Provision of Childcare Services pre-school age

Receive donations from over 91 Lions Clubs in South Wales, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Birmingham, West Midlands, Leicestershire, Rutland, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, parts of Wiltshire and Somerset and distribute the funds for Local, National and International charitable purposes.

SPS services include: English language courses, 1-2-1 information/signposting sessions, publishing Polish monthly newspaper "East Midlands po Polsku" informing about local life, maintaining www.empp.co.uk, organising workshops, social gatherings, events, developing a sense of community, working towards community cohesion. SPS organised FestiWal 2009 - A Community Festival with a Polish Flavour.

The principle activities of Trinity Community Church, the working name of Trinity Ministries Hinckley, is to advance the Christian faith in Hinckley and elsewhere.

Scouting actively engages and supports young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society

The charity supports the aims of Without Walls Christian Fellowship, a church with a vision based on Zechariah Chapter 2 and verses 4-5..a city without walls. Proclamation of Christian gospel, teaching of Christian doctrine, pastoral care and relief of hardship in the community. There are church meetings each week. The church reaches the community through it's Singing Cafe and Tea party projects.
