The charity is responsible for managing and distributing donations received from third parties and funds raised by members of the Rotary Club of Ashby De La Zouch Castle, all for charitable purposes.

General scouting activities.

To use donations and legacies made by the general public for the benefit of patients in the East Midlands area and to provide support for our staff within the Trust.

To provide help & support to people with learning disabilities, and their families. Also provide facilities for recreation & leisure with the object of improving their condition of life.

We support children from humble backgrounds to remain in education also equipping the institutions.We finance feeding programs to minimise malnutrition amongst disabled children and encourage better inclusion of disabled children into education and their local community. We respond to initiatives within the community to develop income generating projects.

Restoration and operation of railway stock of historical interest, especially Travelling Post Offices and carriages from the former London and North Eastern Railway.

We are a Brass Band based in the village of Hathern in North Leicestershire. We have 4 Bands - Hathern Band (the main 1st Section contesting Band), Hathern Youth Band (age ranges from 8 - 19years) Hathern Training Band (mostly children but some adults, all at early learning stage) and Hathern Concert Brass (a non contesting band).

Acts as Holding Trustee for Baptist Churches in the East Midlands, approves modifications to buildings, makes grants and loans enabling work to be carried out.

We operate a nursery for children ages 2 - school age, 9:00am-12:00pm each morning, Monday - Thursday, during term time. And a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon session.

The purpose of the charity is to provide physical and emotional support and relief of need to teenagers and young adults who have been diagnosed with and are being treated for cancer by the provision of grants and funding for equipment, events and other special activities that the trustees see fit to approve from time to time.

Providing grants predominantly to small and medium sized charities and organisations in the East Midlands whose activities align with our charitable purposes and particular areas of focus as from time to time agreed by the charity's trustees.

The principal activity of the company is to advance the education of the public in the Arts (and in particular but not exclusively in rural arts, crafts and music) and the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment.

offers grants to promote the education of persons under 27 yrs who live in, or have attended school/college in, the town of Melton Mowbray for a period of two years at any time. Trustees deem 'Education' to include, inter alia, assistance with overseas trips, gap year projects, sports projects, Scout/Guide and similar projects and help with school clothing for needy families.

Making grants for the relief of suffering from cancer and the promotion of animal welfare

We empower male and female survivors aged 18 and over affected by childhood sexual, incest, emotional and physical abuse, neglect, rape, trafficking, and exploitation to rebuild their lives through trauma-informed recovery, personal development, education, training, and opportunities. We also raise awareness and improve professional understanding of the lifelong impact and prevalence of trauma.

The Village Hall is used for dance, Karate, art, quilting and Tai Chi classes. There are recreational groups from Craft for children to Kurling. The Hall, situated on the Village Park, has shower and changing rooms used by the village cricket, rugby and adult and junior football teams.During the year the Hall has been used by for wedding, birthday, anniversary and children's parties

New Life Christian Fellowship was established in 1995 and is a non-denominational Church based in the village of Fleckney, South Leicestershire. We are a group of people committed to God, to one another and to serving God in our local community.

The objectives of the I-Foundation are to advance, transmit, spread and propogate the religion of Hinduism, as revealed in the teachings of the Hindu scriptures, specifically Bhagvad Gita and Shrimad Bhagvatam,To provide educational facility and support to Hindu faith education initiatives and to act as the religious authority for state-funded schools with a Hindu faith designation.

Cancer Active Recovery Support (C.A.R.S.) based Northwest Leicestershire aims to support individuals following a cancer diagnosis, treatment and recovery through a variety of free of charge community-based interventions. The charity currently delivers in Leicestershire, but is widening its provision into Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Derbyshire.
