We supply users, specifically members confined to a wheelchair, or those who need to compete from a wheelchair, with the facilities and equipment to participate in a large number of sports. eg. Basketball, Archery, Bowls, Wheelchair Rugby, Table Tennis, Snooker, Pool, Sailing, Weight training and fitness, Air Rifle and Pistol etc.

To promote the provision of facilities for education, recreation/leisure time occupation of individuals who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity, disablement, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances.

Monthly meetings, speakers, outings

To promote the benefits of lifelong learning and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare, recreation and leisure time activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of Quorn & surrounding communities.

Arranging fund raising events and activities; arranging educational and social events for staff, parents and pupils; purchasing educational, activity, communication and motivational resources to benefit pupils.

Annual collection of rent from Charity Lands and distribution of grants to persons aged 16 to 23 years inclusive in the village for educational, entreprenurial, sporting or career support.

Small financial help to the elderly and people with disabilities living in Bagworth, Thornton and Stanton

Provides grants to Burton-on-the Wolds County Primary School from the Educational Endowment and small annual payment to needy people living in the Parish

Hall is available for general hire and has kitchen facilities.

The maintenance of a children's playground in the village of Great Dalby

The MEFT was established to assist young people in the village of Medbourne with their education and beyond e.g.:assistance with educational resources and to make the transition from education to paid employment (tools for apprentices, appropriate clothing for job interviews etc..). The MEFT also owns a small amount of recreational land in the village, some of which is now a children's playground.

The object of the Charity is the general benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Burbage in such charitable ways as the trustees see fit. Each year, trustees distribute gifts to the needy and grants to worthy causes. Funds are generated from rents raised from three plots of land held by the Charity together with interest from capital.

To bring together additional needs young people in and around Rutland in order for them to independently move around the local area unsupported by their parents, to encourage socialization and independence, to enjoy recreational activities such as going to the pub, having meals out, going to the cinema/theatre. bowling and having days out with their peers.

TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF GIRLS AND YOUNG WOMEN IN THE LOUGHBOROUGH AREA TO HELP THEM DEVELOP EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, PHYSICALLY AND SPIRITUALLY SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE A POSITIVE CONTRIBUTION TO THEIR COMMUNITY AND THE WIDER WORLD.

To support the relief of sickness and the preservation and protection of good health by the provision of trained first response volunteers, to attend medical emergencies as directed by the East Midlands Ambulance Service, or its successors, prior to the arrival of a rapid response vehicle or ambulance.To educate public in first aid and basic life supportTo give first aid cover at public events

To provide financial support to enable people to train in the legal profession primarily as Legal Executives and also to provide financial help in the case of need

The charity awards one scholarship per year for one year's post graduate study in Pianoforte.

The Charity holds fundraising events to raise money to enhancethe school life of the children of Bringhurst Primary School.
