Walton Youth & Community Project has a proven track record of delivering services to children, young people, their families and the wider community in the Walton area and North Liverpool. We provide safe places where the community can find support, encouragement and engage in community activities. We are passionate about changing lives for the better.

The advancement of the Christian faith worldwide, poverty relief, to evangelise in accordance with the mandate of Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit, campaign against obesity, care homes for abandoned and abused children and to further such other charitable purposes for the public benefit as the trustees may determine from time to time.

Speke Baptist Church activities are open to anyone. We run Sunday services, Junior Church, bible-study groups, youth and childrens groups, an elderly lunch club, evangelistic events (eg Family Fun Days and special services), a group for adults with learning dificulties and undertake regular visiting of seniors & local families. We also provide rooms for use by local community groups.

The principal aim of the charity is engaging in activities towards the advancement of the Christian faith and employing diverse ways of teaching, educating and imparting people with sound Christian doctrines.

The Liverpool Medical Students' Society is committed to the academic, welfare, social, extra-curricular, developmental and charitable giving needs of its Members. We are run by Medical Students for Medical Students and operate in Liverpool.

Providing supported housing to people with learning disabilities and other vulnerable people in the Greater Merseyside area.

To restore and bring back into public service the steam tug/passenger tender "Daniel Adamson" built at Tranmere in 1903.

Our project supports families raising children when their biological parents can no longer do so due to alcohol and drug misuse, bereavement, imprisonment, mental health issues etc. We support the young person and the kinship carers offering respite, one to one and group work, training courses, coffee mornings, pamper days.

The Gateway Centre provides educational facilities, conferencing and access to ICT facilities to local and regional charities.We have office space and hotdesk facilities with admin support which is offered to local charity groups at significant discounts.Gateway also runs a coffee bar on the ground floor which provides hot and cold drinks and snacks for Centre users and members of the public.

Promoting in the parish the whole mission of the Church, pastoral, evangelistic, socialand ecumenical.

Provide help and support to women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and who are considering the possibility of a breast reconstruction following mastectomy. The Group also provides support to those who have recovered from breast cancer and are considering reconstruction some time later. The Charity holds regular Support Group meetings that are open to all patients.

Grants are awarded to voluntary groups throughout the North West, who provide sports, leisure and health orientated activities for young people. These groups include local sports clubs, scouts, youth clubs and children with special needs. We also provide grants for other charities involved with mountain recreational activities such as footpath repairs, mountain rescue and air ambulance.

Provides activities for young people aged 11 - 19 in the Norris Green area of Liverpool. Activities include: Music Workshops, Arts/Crafts, Sports, Cooking, Gardening, Accredited Projects, Bike Maintenance & Residentials.

-Delivery of a range of affordable bible training courses in NW, including day and evening ministry course and specific training courses to support evangelical churches in NW including Youth and Music. -The employment of a Director of Training. -Provision of an Annual conference. -Publication of a Magazine to encourage evangelical Christians throughout the region

For the betterment of the Sri Lankan community of Merseyside with particular emphasis in education, art and social actitivies

LDAS provides services to ALL women & girls,16 plus, who have been subjected to domestic violence & abuse. We support women whether they intend to stay in the relationship, want help to leave or have left and still suffering the effects. We do this by providing trained specialist DA advocates, one to one support, counselling, group programmes, safety planning, housing, legal and welfare support.

The charity operates a Methodist Church - a Christian church whose activities include undertaking worship services, education, supporting its members, evangelism and supporting the local Methodist churches throughout the local Circuit, District and Connexion.
