Tuesday and Thursday Clubs provide facilities, activities and holidays for people with learning difficulties through two weekly clubs in Liverpool 8 and in Halewood

We provide opportunities of play, education and other diversionary activities in the safe environment of our youth centre for young people aged 8 to 25 years, but prioritising our work with 13 to 19 year olds. Our work includes sport, art & craft, music & dance, group activities, residential trips and educational projects.

The Crosby Orchestral Society performs as the Crosby Symphony Orchestra in the Sefton, Liverpool and neighbouring areas. The Society aims to foster the general public's appreciation of orchestral and chamber music by presenting a varied repertoire in public concerts each year.

The charity promotes and organises pilgrimages to Lourdes, including raising funds to subsidise such pilgrimages for those who are sick or handicapped together with their carers.

The Greek school of St. Nicholas was established in the middle of 1950's by parents/members of the Greek & Greek-Cypriot community of Merseyside and North Wales as part of the group of schools of the Central Educational Council of Archdiocese of Thyateira and GB. Their vision was to establish an educational setting that will help their children to learn the Greek language and their heritage.

ARCH provides a community hub, accessible to all the community, Our main activities are: to provide & promote local information on regeneration and to provide assistance on key area concerns. provision for outreach agencies and to work with key partners. Provide the social fabric within the community for e,g projects and events. Assistance to new groups and to meet the community need.

The current activities of the charity are:- Continue with membership fees collection from members.- Campaigning and preparing for purchasing a property to be used as a charity shop as well as an office for the charity.- Continuing conducting cultural days for the Darfur and Massaleit Community.The activities are carried in England & Wales.

1.To provide after school religious education to children aged 5-16 of the Muslim community in Liverpool,teach them civic manners and provide them with sports facilities in order for them to become useful citizens of UK

Established to make grants for charitable purposes with an emphasis on young people.

Volunteers operate "hubs" in Wirral. They receive school uniforms no longer needed by families; those in good condition are distributed on request to families needing them. Requests can be made online and/or in person. Clothes in poor condition are sent for recycling. No payments are made. A co-ordinator moves stock from where it is in surplus to where it is needed.

Activities aimed at fulfilling the objects of the organisation include weekly Sunday services and Saturday Bible Study/Evangelism. The church organises a number of special services at Christmas, and on Mothers & Fathers day.ELCC also provides pastoral care for disadvantaged people, the elderly, single mums and divorced/separated couples and helping them get back on their feet.

The Liverpool Society of Anaesthetists organises a series of educational meetings throughout the year. These include clinical and scientific lectures relevant to the field of anaesthesia, small symposia themed to a particular area of anaesthetic practice (inc. critical care and pain management topics), and a competition for trainee anaesthetists to encourage research in the field of anaesthesia.

BRIDGE PRIORY TRUST SEEKS TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES WITHIN THEIR OWN AREA SO THAT THEY CAN LIVE INDEPENDENTLY FROM PARENTS/GUARDIANS ETC. TOWARDS THIS END THE TRUSTEES PURCHASED A BUNGALOW FOR TWO LADIES A NUMBER OF YEARS AGO. WE HAVE RECENTLY PURCHASED A SECOND BUNGALOW TO PROVIDE A HOME FOR ANOTHER TWO YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE SEVERELLY DISABLED.

MAKE GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF CHILDREN/YOUNG PEOPLE, ELDERLY/OLD PEOPLE, FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELIEVING DISABILITY, SICKNESS AND POVERTY AND FOR APPROPRIATE PROJECTS IN THOSE FIELDS.

Our Victory Homes provide safe Christian family environments through supported living for 12 months for men and women to live free from drugs/alcohol addiction.
