TO MAKE GRANTS OF MONEY TO ANY INDIVIDUAL, HOSPTIAL, CLINIC OR WELFARE CENTRE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASING MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, MEDICAL FURNITURE, SPECIALISED MEDICAL TREATMENT, EQUIPMENT FOR PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC PURPOSES AND VEHICLES FOR THE CONVEYANCE OF SICK OR HANDICAPPED PERSONS (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WHEELCHAIRS AND AMBULANCES).

Activities include the maintenance and support of clergy and congregations in the UK and Ireland with the work of the Church.The maintenance of Church buildings. Supporting the work of the Presiding Bishop and overseas Bishops, clergy and congregations.The Parochial Fund supports the work of the Pro-Cathedral Church of All Saints, Putney, its clergy and congregation.Public religious services

(A) THE PAYMENT OF FEES TO ENABLE PUPILS IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA TO PURSUE THEIR EDUCATION (B) GRANTS FOR BOOKS AND APPARATUS FOR THE PUPILS AT (A) (C)) GRANTS TO THE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS OF BENEFICIARIES FOR MAINTENANCE.

We organized cultural events , for example, free admission African Arts exhibitions, cultural dance display and dishes to showcase our traditions and culture to the wider community and also as part of our contributions towards the Liverpool 08 European Capital of Culture celebrations. We also supported some of our elders by providing them with out traditional dishes in their own homes.

Raising funds for charitable or community projects in the UK, and Aid projects in the developing World

To promote Croxteth Hall ensuring an understanding and respect for its heritage and surrounding country park of 500 acres in the North West of England

Our PTFA works with our school, parents, pupils and the local community to put on a range of events and activities e.g. bonfire display, Christmas Fayre, prize bingo and summer festival etc. These help to build a school community, breakdown barriers and help fund-raise. We use our funds to purchase a range of goods and services that help advance the education of pupils at our school.

To advance the education, relieve the sickness and the poverty of persons living in the Gambia, West Africa particularly but not exclusively through the provision of equipment and support, and by any other charitable means that the trustees in their absolute discretion think fit.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY OF THE ORGANISATION IS TO PROVIDE HARD TO REACH COMMUNITIES WITH ADVICE, INFORMATION RESOURCES, GUIDANCE & PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH, KNOWLEDGE & WELFARE, EDUCATION AND LIVING STANDARDS. THE CHARITY IS ALSO AT THE FOREFRONT OF PROMOTING HUMANISM WITH ITS FAITH, ALEVISM.

Providing a hospital radio service to the patients and staff within hospitals and similar institutions in the Liverpool area from studios based at Broadgreen Hospital.

The activities of the organisation include: translation and interpretation; provision of information, advice and advocacy on health, education, training, employment, housing and welfare benefits. WHH also sign-posts and refers its service-users to specialist providers, as well as accompanying these service-users so as to translate, interpret, advocate and support them. .

INTERCHANGE IS AN EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROVIDER, WHICH WORKS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE THREE HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ACROSS MERSEYSIDE. IT ACTS AS A BROKERAGE SERVICE TO OFFER THIRD SECTOR ORGANISATIONS ACROSS MERSEYSIDE SUPPORT IN ACCESSING RESEARCHERS, VOLUNTEERS AND HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE FORM OF STUDENT PLACEMENTS.

Distribution of grants to the 18 churches which currently comprise the Church of England Liverpool South Deanery for the purpose of supporting their mission and growth.

To provide and maintain an open space to be known as "Breeze Hill Millennium Green" for the benefit of the local inhabitants and to be used forever as an area for informal recreation, play, other leisure time occupations and a meeting place for community events or any other lawful purpose consistent with these aims for the general benefit of the community

In the interests of the protection and conservation of the environment of Merseyside and the promotion of wider sustainability issues, MET engages in the following activities: organising events, meetings, educational opportunities, fundraising, awarding grants, provision of knowledge and expertise and working in partnership with other organisations.

We have officially unveiled the memorial to The Soldiers of the Liverpool Pals in Lime Street station Liverpool. We continue to give educational talks and presentations to clubs schools and societies.We have erected a further 3 plaques to commemorate The Pals at Prescott Station , St Nicholas Church and a church in the area of the battlefield in The Somme which The Liverpool Pals took part.

TO APPLY THE INCOME FOR THE RELIEF OF THE POOR OF THE PARISH OF ST PHILEMON AND THE RELIEF OR BENEFIT OF NEEDY MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION ATTENDING THE CHURCH OF ST PHILEMON TOXTETH PARK IN SUCH MANNER IN ALL RESPECTS AS THE INCUMBENT AND WARDENS SHALL THINK FIT.
