The Charity exists for any charitable purposes associated with the East London NHS Foundation Trust and associated community health services.

Our main focus is operating a foodbank to our town and surrounding villages, 6 days a week and we deliver to our servicer users. Our foodbank operates a self referral system, both on line and over the phone, making it very private. We also operate a Community Fridge, a check in and chat cafe, prescription collection service and support services to those homeless and in hardship.

1-1 befriending service for mums aged 16-30; drop-in support for parents through Mums' Hubs; parenting groups/courses; gift bags for new mums; Totcycle baby goods exchange; Hope Cafe (inclusive space for mums to explore Christianity); free seasonal family events.The work of the charity is a practical expression of the Christian faith of the charity's trustees and volunteers.

Our principal activity is that we provide services of public worship at our purpose built building in the centre of Luton. In addition, we provide a wide range spiritual, social and educational activities for children, young people and those of more mature years and raise funds to support the promotion of the Christian religion, and for the relief of poverty.

To enable as many people as possible to worship at our church and to become part of our parish community.

Replaced 5 old pens with 11 pens and one large cat unit, which comply with new legislation for boarding catteries, keeping in front of any proposed future legislation on animal accommodation for animal rescue groups. Commenced replacements for the remaing facilities. We have continued with our ever important spaying and neutering work and education on animal welfare.

Sectional based competitions and camps. St Georges Day parade and carol service, Christingle service. Various fundraising activities. Promotion of scouting through local media facilities.

WE OFFER THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN ACROSS THE WORLD THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, COUNSELLING AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES. THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A WORSHIP CENTRE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF CHRISTIANITY TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF THESE SERVICES.

We support and empower deaf children and young adults from birth up to the age 30, and their families, who are predominantly based in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, through the provision of:Recreational and leisure activities; training opportunities; one to one and group support; Deaf Awareness, Sign Language and other courses.

Embracing Change, (formally known as The Walk to Freedom Foundation) has an operational centre is based in central Luton, our services are currently based in the region. Member beneficiaries of our Dependency Support Programme are male and female and from many diverse backgrounds and cultures; between the ages of 16-60, and 11-20 for our Young People's Mentoring and Personal Development Workshops.

The principal objects is the advancement of Christian faith worldwide and the relief of poverty. We equally promote any charitable activity for the benefit of the local people. To achieve these objectives, the church support charities and Christian events, involve in economic and community involvements, community outreach events, welfare support to members and general public.

We work with young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training, young people who are involved in gang related crime, knife crime and county-lines. Young/Older adults who consider themselves to be socially isolated, those with substance misuse and alcohol dependency. All people who have a learning disability or mental health illness or impairment and sexual exploitation or being groomed
