The object of the ISSDP is to advance education for the public benefit into the effects of drug policy through the undertaking of study and research and the publication and dissemination of the useful results thereof. The ISSDP provides a worldwide forum for the development and dissemination of research on drug policy. ISSDP runs an annual conference, regional meetings and other events.

In pursuance of Christian principles, the Object of the CIO is principally for the public benefit to advance in life and to relieve the needs of orphaned and vulnerable children in Southern Africa by the provision of grants to charities or organizations working with orphaned or vulnerable children and their families or carers.

Umoyo Community Project strives to meet the needs of orphaned boys and girls within their communities in Malawi. Our aim is to empower and enable them and their carers within the extended family to have a better future. We continue to do this by providing them with help towards their education, better sanitation, safe water and easily accessible healthcare.

- delivered safe water and improved health- ensured access to basic education and increased enrolment through Primary School renovations, school kits distribution and water filtration- assisted numerous orphans and vulnerable children-assisted hundreds of disabled and old aged people through wheelchair distribution-provided food and medical assistance

Promoting the principles of good citizenship; active interest in the civic, cultural, social and moral welfare of the local community; supporting youth to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities; promoting the Voluntary Sector for public benefit in the interests of social welfare for recreation; relief of poverty; relief internationally by providing humanitarian aid and disaster relief

Activities in Ntcheu & Dedza District focuses on school infrastructure development & permaculture and community development. For example providing new infrastructure, developing current facilities to improve teaching and learning environment, providing suitable sanitary and assisting in permaculture and tree planting.

Raising finance through donations and fundraising events to support the running of an orphanage in Bangula, South Malawi.

SENTAfrica supports the work of LIVINGWAY EDUCATION in Malawi. In particular the alleviation of poverty and support for education.

1) Raising funds from supporters in the UK in order to relieve poverty and advance education in Malawi 2) Distributing funds to our partner organisation in Malawi, which runs centres providing feeding programmes and pre-school education in very poor rural communities in Malawi.

MAKES FILMS AND VIDEOS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND HUMANTIARIAN PURPOSES AND PROVIDES TRAINING IN FILMMAKING FOR MARGINALISED GROUPS

Community Parenting, poverty relief, helping the homeless, helping women victims of domestic, alcoholics, helping orphans with accommodation and education, people with mental health problems, religion, supporting young people and creating also an environment to identify self talent and gifts, space for the community activities and charity shop and referring people when they can get help.

CALVARY INTERNATIONAL MINISTRIES MAIN OBJECTIVE IS TO PREACH THE WORD OF GOD TO ALL MANKIND. THIS MEANS WE PREACH TO ALL NATIONS AND RACES.WE ALSO TEACH YOUNG CHILDREN OF DIFFERENT AGES ON HOW TO LIVE CHRISTIAN LIFE. WE ALSO ENGAGE IN CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES WITHIN THE LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES. WE ALSO BUILD CHURCHES, HOUSES AND BIBLE SCHOOLS.

To provide relief of persons suffering from eye defects in socially and economically disadvantaged communities in particular but not exclusively Malawi, through provision of ophthalmic and optometric treatments, care, training and education for the benefit of the public

Our initial aim was to help treatment of children and adolescents with cancer in Malawi by supporting purchase of vital chemotherapy and funding the employment of a new nurse(s). We have helped purchase medical equipment and provide funds to improve facilities for patients and families. Travel grants for trustees (2) to provide expert specialist teaching and mentoring of staff have been funded.

The organization provides training in life skills training and vocational subjects and skills for the public benefit

The charity will work with partner organisations which meet its due diligence requirements in order toprovide this support on the ground. Local organisations providing education, safe childcare, health andwellbeing, supplemental school programmes, infrastructure and other initiatives enabling children andfamilies to rebuild their lives will be supported through grant-funding.

Our sponsorship programme involves providing financial assistance to girls whose families are unable to meet the financial costs.The mentoring scheme offers support and encouragement to the girls on the programme. It is a means of helping them to deal with and navigate every day life challenges. Our workshops aim to help nurture and empower girls, and equip them with knowledge and advice.

The ultimate aim of ISGEO is to reduce eye disease, prevent blindness and preserve sight and increase visual rehabilitation globally, through promoting epidemiological, operational and health systems research and dissemination of the findings. ISGEO organises conferences where researchers can meet and exchange findings and ideas. ISGEO also awards small research grants, funds permitting.
