We provide support and information regarding all forms of sight loss to current members and offered support to non members who contact us.We provided free training in Sight loss Awareness in conjunction with Wales Council for the Blind via 2 Accredited volunteers.We took a group of 18 to Sight Village to increase their aids and adaptations awareness

We look after, assess and find new, loving homes, for greyhounds in need of care in Wales and The Marches. We provide vet treatment and kennelling and work in co operation with other like-minded Welsh groups to ensure that families offering suitable homes are not kept waiting. We meet weekly and encourage young people with or without disabilities to take part in various activities including sports, social activities, Duke of Edinburgh awards, day trips and activity residential weekends.

An affordable counselling service and mental health support for individuals in Newport and the surrounding areas of South Wales. Clients are encouraged to make a voluntary donation to help cover costs. Counsellors offer their services on a voluntary basis. The service also has an educational component, offering placements for trainee counsellors and those working towards accreditation hours.

We hold Christian worship services. A coffee morning, open to all ages and areas. A computer class, tutored by the college at large. A craft, card making class for all ages and both sexes.

Tafflab makes grants to enterprise students who wish to start up their own businesses in disadvantaged communities. Applicants currently attend and are recommended by partner colleges. Tafflab interview to confirm eligibility, work with the Enterprise Champions employed by the colleges and provide mentoring by RSA Fellows. Regular meetings between mentors, mentees and champions confirm progress

Supporting the activity of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast Project in conserving the natural beauty of the environment and providing amenities for the general public.

The group brings people into the borough's main museum, Cyfarthfa Castle, for regular meetings and lectures, to promote interest in the museum and gallery, and in cultural and industrial heritage.
