Hiring of Village Hall for various community activities such as Dancing Class, Dog Club, Wine & Beer Circle, Parties, Church Activities. The Hall is usually hired by the local villagers and the people in the surrounding areas.

It has a strong focus on supporting young people and works with local scout, school and youth groups to provide access to healthy watersport activities. DCSRA promotes the playing of squash and squash57 throughout Durham and Cleveland by organising coaching, running competitions such as County Championships (Seniors, Masters and Junior) and County Leagues and providing information and advice to venues with squash courts on how to maximise their use.

Sporting Chance Middlesbrough is an organisation which works for the health and well-being of people over 50 in Middlesbrough . At present we have almost 100 male members. Aerobic sessions are run by qualified instructors on 2 occasions per week . On Tuesday night a we meet at the local swimming baths for aqua aerobics . There is a Walking group that meets for hour long weekly walk.
